Opposite experience to the above here:

I've deposited thousands with them and finally tried withdrawing a few hundred bucks the other night.
First apparently they don't accept a full colour scan of the original passport because it has to be an "original photo", then they don't accept a photo showing the front and back of the credit card since it needs to be two separate files, then they don't accept the Bitcoin address because it's a new address so you need to click the verification link in an email, which doesn't work, then, once support gets back to you and you rerequest payment they will tell you that Bitcoin payment isn't accepted in your country (what? why have it in the cashier then?) So you have to use bank transfer, pay huge currency conversion fees and have a minimum withdrawal of $300.

Then you reverse the payment, lose it all back in frustration and never play there again.

Pretty typical stalling tactics to save a few hundred dollars and very short sighted since I'm pretty sure I've deposited near five figures with them.

My experience with this casino is that they pay cashouts like clockwork. Twice daily and almost at the same timeframe ie 4-5pm in my place which is GMT+8

Based on General AML procedure, you are to make sure you are using the same method as for deposit so for cashout. You made your last deposit on Dec 5, and then made a number of other bigger deposits with fiat. Thus, you have to use any of the fiat money payment options for your latest withdrawals as you deposited in fiat with Us. If you want to deposit with crypto, and withdraw with fiat or vice versa, it will not work out in many reputable casinos in the industry.

Reg scan of passport - this is our General KYC procedure and we don't accept scans. You are to provide Us with a photo of original document. Thanks you for providing the very neat one, therefore your account has been approved very fast.

No, why? I just got sick of hearing it from every single company. Pretty surprised it doesn't bug any of you but I don't really understand your problem with me complaining about it either- it's been the worst (and for some, last) year of many people's lives and getting inundated with corporate self promotion about how they're in it together with us is, to me, repulsive.

Anyway, that's my opinion but I don't really feel like justifying it or arguing about it so I'll remove the post tomorrow.

Because you had a minor problem with the casino, then when they sent an email you had a rant about people dying, and you apparently find these emails so repulsive, you don't complain, except to that one casino.

The reason I complained about it here is because this is a "forum" - so they would actually hear the complaint instead of it going to noreply@company.com

anyway, like I said- I'm too tired to argue about this crap here so I'll delete the posts and unfollow this thread.
