This really sucks. We are in an era where licensing jurisdictions are just in a money grab via fines and sanctions unlike the Kahnawake Gaming Commission that actually trains and consults with their licensees.

They can just pay it out their money they have stolen from affiliates.

I do think that the fines are over the top though, especially for breaches of this nature, getting fined millions for advertising breaches or incentives to players is far more than many firms get for more serious breaches. Lets see what happens with GVC over the RTP and loss limit issue, that is surely more serious than failing to show terms and conditions on an advert, so therefore you would expect the fine to easily be £50 million+ or a license suspension. I'll bet the worst they get is a warning on the licence.
