Let me try to make this simple. When players take generous offers, we have to put some risk management in place and that is in form of how much you can win with the bonus iteself. However, once you convert your bonus money to real money, you can continue playing and any further winnings are yours to cashout as you want.

Also, these are entry level offers for casual players that deposit less than €50. More "repeating" players and players who put in more money fall into a different segment and get different types of offers.

I am not sure why players complain so much about bonus terms and conditions and why players expect to win thousands of Euros from a €5 deposit? Casino is a business just like any other. Many casinos have been "hit" by generous offers and that is why we have seen the offers tighten up over time. It does not make sense for any casino to be exposed to multiple €10,000 winnings from a €5 real money deposit. Ok if it is a lottery draw for special prises but to have 10-30 or 100 players a month win that much from €5 - that would drain any business.

And yes, these small offers aim to give you a longer playtime and pass time, they are general small offers of €5 to €15 that give you free spins. If you deposit few hundred Euros, then you start receiving more serious offers with less restrictions. For example, just today we ran a 100% reload offer with no max win limit, this offer was sent to qualified players. We also give away bonus money and even cash rewards to more valuable players, often with very small WR or none WR in the case of VIPs.

Third: I had no idea about the link issue - I will report this bug right now and follow up on it! Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
*UPDATE* This was an old technical issue that was related to an iPhone+iFrame combination bug which was solved long time ago. It was a pickle and did take a while to solve as we had to work with our suppliers to get this solved, and that took time.
I am not aware of any issues related to this bug for many months now, so I assume that this is no longer an issue but I see how frustrating it must have been to navigate. If you ever decide to give us another go, would you please PM me your username/email?

When i'm dreaming to win big, will do bit bigger deposit and not with any WR attached, but we are all different BTW, could i ask how your reloads are working, have you already taken that way that if i win before touching by bonus as assume deposit is used before, can i then void my bonus and get my winnings or are these stick together and under any circumstances i have to complete WR and have max cashout? We dont even expect those wins from so small deposits, and when(if) it happens (which is like once in lifetime) i bet it feels great when you are allowed cashout only 1/5 of it because of maximum cashout rule. Hell if i won 2,5k and were allowed 500 cashout, it would feel awesome and it would make me lifetime player of your casino.

sarcasm aside, those wins dont really happen to most of us, ever. But having such a brilliant, once in lifetime win, eaten by bonus rules is the reason why people hate max cashout rules. Especially max cashout rules that arent flexible (dont depend on size of your deposit).

Very good and valid points, for long run we anyway play slots under 100% RTP so casino should win. For new starters risk controlling can be more crucial if there are yet not huge player base who have lost money. Have seen some semi big operators get their monthly NGR take massive hit in one day when few players happen to be lucky in Bonanza or others through their site, that can really be tough situation for operators, who don't yet get amount of deposits to cover these.

Then you can even see negative numbers which can be hard to get over if you are new and had invest quite amount of money to get your site even launched so therefore i somehow understand these limits especially in new operators, when you grow and get more deposits, then there could be ongoing review to if not remove, at least increase these.

I have no issues with say 50x wagering requirement on Welcome Bonus. But the numbers are against you as a player, statically you won't have "hundreds" of players who win thousands from a fiver.
