Hey all,

Just thought I would let anyone know who plays on Kaboo that they have removed Trustly as a withdrawal option and are not informing customers.

They initially told me it was in line with new UKGC regulations but I have since found out this was their business decision.

I am writing this as they have not informed their clients and I deposited on 16th not aware of any changes and am still waiting on my withdrawal via bank transfer from the same date as Trustly is no longer a withdraw option. They will still allow Trustly deposits.

Peace and love to all

Did you not have s thread about this recently, or was that someone else.

Bullshit saying it was the ukgc by them

I've noticed s few casinos recently claiming the ukgc have forced them to do something and all have been lies.

How can people trust casinos when they lie to customers

Yes, I did have a thread which I will update now, the title was Trustly and the UKGC. I thought a new one with Kaboo in the title might help avoid someone going through the same issue with them directly.

I was first told they couldn't tell me why, then told it was UKGC then finally told it was their business decision. I find lack of training fairly common in customer service across a lot of casinos and bad service is one of my biggest put offs.....the waste of everyone's time, the misinformation and the confusion as a result does me in.

Also....I been thinking.....and I am not doing this out of spite. I had a good experience with Kaboo until this episode...but...

If, like me, lots of people deposited via Trustly last week and, like me, had to withdraw to a method which takes longer (I requested on 16th and still waiting) wouldnt there be interest made from the pool of money kept in their bank for longer? Bank Holiday also and new tax year??

Once your withdrawal is approved it's not in casinos bank account and in their use but transferred to you, bank transfers just take some time to receive depending banks. Wouldn't see this as an huge issue as long withdrawals are approved fast enough and can be sure it's on it's way.

Update. Following numerous chats, emails and being advised the delay was due to a typo on my swift some 10 days later. I was asked to deposit again so I could type in the correct details. I contested this request and eventually, following a little wrestle, the money was put back in my Kaboo account. I have since requested a withdrawal again after triple checking details and the layout on the withdrawal page had changed. Hopefully all is in order now as was warming to Kaboo. Hopefully a 'one off'.

So as I figured my withdrawal didn't go through today. Got on chat and had to explain all over again, got it checked and was told they would credit my account and I would have to try again using the full IBAN even though, at the time of withdrawal, I asked on chat who said the shorter swift version would suffice and I had the transcript, nothing could be done.....then, imagine my surprise when Trustly featured as an option on withdrawal, I checked with chat and apparently there were technical issues and the management removed it whilst they were dealt with. I must commend Aura on chat who stood out from the shower I had previously dealt with. Confirmed withdrawal via Trustly into my account today. Kaboo - An Experience!
