After my two wild lines this weekend at Kaboo I encountered a technical issue which caused me some anxiety.

Kaboo staff and Erik handled the problem efficiently and without quibble.

I'm very grateful to them and thought it was worth sharing.

Won't go into the detail of what happened as it could have happened at any casino.

Will have to play there more often.

Yes you have to give credit to some of the reps that are about. I am always got anxiety and migraine when I hit the withdraw button.

Just this morning I sent the rep from bettson group a message about a withdraw and he sorted it in minutes, I wouldn't normally message a rep but was unsure if i needed to send I.D etc

I believe its well in the casino's favour to have reps kicking about the internet and forums, Shows the casino's intent to try there best to resolve issues
