anyone play on Kaboo? It’s got to the be worlds glitchiest site. Signed up last night and so far have only been able to play book of dead and chilli sporadicall and napoleon managed a good hit . All other games error message. Got free spins as well for moving up a level on the spins are for jammin jars can’t use them either. Spoke to live chat to ask about how long it is verify and about the issues of error messages but chat suspiciously disconnects when mentioning the error messages. Managed to get a nice £150 withdrawl from Napoleon which will be sat all weekend as my docs were sent first thing this morning and there aren’t weekend withdrawals even though it’s not a huge amount I’m
Definatly not playing it back I’ve give up and logged out and doubt I’ll play there again once the withdrawals sorted

Managed to get a nice £150 withdrawl from Napoleon which will be sat all weekend as my docs were sent first thing this morning and there aren’t weekend withdrawals even though it’s not a huge amount I’m
Definatly not playing it back I’ve give up and logged out and doubt I’ll play there again once the withdrawals sorted

They've paid out in weekends before. So looks like some changes happened. Kaboo has always been fast casino so sounds weird if your KYC-request and withdrawal are still in pending

It’s hard to find a casino that doesn’t constantly have errors popping up and continual disconnections when playing on a mobile. It’s so frustrating and Btg games seem to be the worst from my experience. I am actually at the point of thinking is it worth playing because it certainly detracts from any enjoyment.

What a nuisance this is sent docs first thing yesterday still pending so popped onto chat and was told I needed to send both the bank cards I used to deposit this already prior to sending passport passport number bank statement and proof of address wonder if they will want DNA next. Why couldn’t they tell me that yesterday? :/ and unable to withdraw as screen prompt saying unable to whilst verification in process. Feel like I’m being stalled but on the plus side I’ve turned the £150 into £690 :) so it’s worked out alright in the end, been using the iPad and the site works on desktop rather than a phone. Just hope they verify me today as it is still a bit of a piss take

The withdrawl was successful chat verified the documents within minutes. Should be in my bank by Wednesday. However I’m not impressed at all with kaboo. The sites the most buggy glitchy mess it’s most def not mobile freindly I managed to play a few games on desktop yet there’s hundreds that won’t work literally only games that worked and would load were BOD bonanza chilli and wish upon a jackpot and napoleon the rest error screen messages or black screen. It’s a shame cos the relics levels etc is a good idea In theory. I got up to level 8 and then after my withdrawl was successful I went to the relics to exchange them for free spins it wasn’t much money the relics added up to £6 in my vault so exchanged them for spins on jammin jars which wouldn’t work as error screens so CS put them back in my vault so I traded them for spins on another game which surprise surprise (cilla black voice) wouldn’t work again so goes back onto chat and was told they couldn’t help me as he had already readded them to my vault even though I didn’t manage to use them. So there’s £6 in spins in my vault which I can’t use and CS won’t help with it. Whole experience was like pulling wisdom teeth out with a pair of pliers. So I’m happy with the money and I’ve taken it and ran and will close account today.

Also chat is often disconnected when asking questions about issues too many times for it to be a coincidence. It was nice to play on Unibet this morning without error screens and glitching.
I have started playing at Unibet more often for the same reason and they have a great choice of games. Us players really do need to vote with the wallet. There are so many of these sites that are glitchy and buggy. Surely it’s in the casinos interest to fix it but they don’t and the problem gets worse by the week.

i was mistaken they do weekend withdrawals I was under the impression they didn’t as on the casino Meister kaboo info Page it said no weekend withdrawals

I find that the Betit casinos are pretty much a glitch fest. High rollers the same. Constant errors, balance doesn’t update etc. Painful.
Yep deposited there once and couldn’t load any games. I even got told Initially I couldn’t have my deposit back and I should try another device. Thankfully common sense prevailed and I got my money back eventually.

Why are our devices always blamed when they must be being told by countless people about these issues? Yet blame the device

Yes and how can it be the device when the same games play perfectly on other sites. I have had an issue at Rizk that’s been ongoing for 6 months. I have played there once in that time.

Rep was going to look into it, no reply. If I was high roller it would of been fixed. You can be sure of that.

I'm still waiting on a withdrawal from the 16/04 and I was already verified. I have found games glitchy also and maybe it's just the psychology of it all but always when I've played a few spins and am expecting a drop.....just saying that's how I feel. To be fair my lifetime Withdrawals outweigh my deposits....just - however, the bad service, misinformation, and bad site play have taken my experience slowly downhill. Funny how a they are part of Betit Operations who have Thrills and Superlenny who left UK market so will they follow suit? Think that just leaves Highroller which I have not been on for a while.

Yes Thrills was my favourite site at one time but the same happened over a period of time. I couldn’t load certain games, it became terribly glitchy and had so many bugs.

Wow that’s not on! Why are you waiting that long for a withdrawl??! Don’t get me started on customer service as I said the experience was like pulling teeth, one advisor would say one thing and another would say something different and I’m defo not being paranoid about them disconnecting my chat when mentioning the errors also interesting that they are part of thrills etc I was aware of that and didn’t think anything of it but now in hindsight it would make sense they will leave the uk market if the others did they may follow suit. I hope you get your withdrawl asap buddy! I was gonna close account but waiting till the money clears then i will be
