    Hi,

    Just wish to warn everybody.

    I played today roulette in casinoheroes. I bet 2 Euros on 2 black and won. Suddenly the game was stopped and all winnings dissapeared, the history also somehow dissapeared. I talked with Customer support, they said, that they did not see anything, no history. I asked them to terminate my account, I will never return back to them.
    Also I wish to tell this information to everybody.

    Might sound daft but are you sure you placed the bet?
    So casinosaga have changed names? I thought this was a 2nd site but saga redirects to heros?

    What I should have done is to make a screenshot quickly.
    But we are all very smart, when thinking backwards. :)
    Unfortunalely, I could not even suggest, that this casino may behave such way.

    They got sued because of the saga in their old name, by the creators of Candy Crush Saga, and lost I believe. There was a thread about it here.

    To the OP, did you get the case escalated, or did you just talk with floor support? On alot of casinoes these days the floor support are IMO just young people who want to work in a hot place and party for a year or two. Alot of them don't have much experience or knowledge about gambling or techincal stuff. If they then also are busy with loads of clients, they might not be able to help you with even the smallest thing. But if you are persistens enough, and either get them to send the case to a manager or send the rep a PM here, your might get some better service.

    Not that it excuses money dissapearing of course. That is a serious issue, and should be looked into with top priority.

    Complains shoud be not vs casino Saga ( Heroes ) but vs net ent ? table games ruletter in this case.

    Error was in Net Ent? rulete software so this is not fold casino Heroes but software glitch .

    His complaint is not with Netent it is with the casino that he placed a bet with. They say they don't see the bet or any history of it, if it is a software issue they should escalate it to Netent.

    Casinoheroes are the ones that need to sort this out.
