what are the odds that the dealer draws 21 in blackjack.
have no expiriense in live BJ, but play the game alot online. i feel the dealer can draw the magic card way more often than me, pushing my 21 or beate my 20 ( espesaly on duble down ). the dealer also draws 21 1-2-3 times in a row. so how often sould this happen?

so i just wonders what the odds of the dealer drawing 21, one, two or three times?

parden my english

The odds of drawing a blackjack are

odds of drawing an A * odds of drawing a K,Q,J,T * 2 (because order doesn't matter)

(1/13)*(4/13)*2 = 4.73%

The chance that your next 2 hands will be blackjack are

4.73% * 4.73% = .22%

thanks for the fast reply.

but what i acualy wondered was the odds of the dealer drawing 21 ( not BJ )

but thanks anyway, dealer gets BJ two times in a row is only 0.22%. i feel the dealer does that almost every session i play ( and i dont play 100dres of hands every time)

 all casino software aren't rigged

Odds of 21 Online.

Howdy--
Yes, it's the gal from the RNG company again. Couldn't resist this one. Frankly, playing 21 online means you are playing with a new deck every time you start a new game. No card counting possibilities here. If there are good statistical qualities in the RNG AND a new deck every game, the dealer could draw 21 again and again and again and again...... I won't touch that game online because the skills you can employ in the casino are pretty much meaningless in online situations. Like Mr. Eastwood said, "Well, do you feel lucky punk? Well, DO ya?"

If you're saying you can't count cards online, you are correct. If you are implying that basic BJ strategy doesn't work online, you are incorrect. Basic strategy is not dependent on when the cards are shuffled.

Actually the odds of a BJ in 1D are 4/52*16/51*2=.048265

Dealer will get a non-BJ 21 about 7.3% of the time in a 6D,S17 game. Add the 4.75% BJ's and he gets 21 over 12% of the time. The player, however, will only get a 3-or-more-card 21 5.5% of the time. So, yes, dealer gets more 21's than you. Doesn't seem fair, does it? :)
