For those of you that are so inclined we have our 2016 PAB Summary and Stats ready to go!

Bryan will be posting links etc shortly but here's a thumbnail sketch for you:

• Total PABs (including duplicates and carry-overs) : 255
• Percentage of cases that were actionable and completed which were resolved in the player's favour: 35%
• Total monies reclaimed for players : $250,000 / €225,000

By month:

• Jan 2016 - total: 12 - Bonus related (%): 83
• Feb 2016 - total: 14 - Bonus related (%): 43
• Mar 2016 - total: 15 - Bonus related (%): 53
• Apr 2016 - total: 15 - Bonus related (%): 53
• May 2016 - total: 15 - Bonus related (%): 33
• Jun 2016 - total: 13 - Bonus related (%): 46
• Jul 2016 - total: 17 - Bonus related (%): 59
• Aug 2016 - total: 19 - Bonus related (%): 42
• Sep 2016 - total: 28 - Bonus related (%): 36
• Oct 2016 - total: 17 - Bonus related (%): 41

Actually I did a calculation recently of how many online gaming complaints per year received by 3rd party sites like us. Would you believe it's somewhere around 10,000? Shocked me!

Indeed and a hell of a lot of behind the scenes work which goes unnoticed by us forum regulars.

Glad I've never had to call upon Max's services and hope I never will but know I'll be in safe hands if that dreaded moment ever arrives
