Just cashed out at Rome Casino

So I got the email back from Rome casino approving my $500 withdrawal instead of the $250. I'm pretty stoked about that. But, now I have to wait for finance to transfer it, which could take up to 18 days. Or longer knowing Rome. Overall though my experience hasn't been too bad. Unless the money is going to be delayed. That rule is stupid yea, but at least I got some emails back fairly quickly.

I've read black diamond casino is pretty good, anyone with recent experience?

No, I will more than likely never play at Rome Casino again. I am just implying I must have been lucky. Because I was reading around and hardly anyone had received email responses from them quickly. However, I don't have my money yet. But the max withdrawal is BS rule. As long as I come out ahead with rome casino I will be fine with that.

Not to be confrontational here, but how could either Rome or TG deny it here when there accounts have been closed.

I admit I am confused on this issue. I was told definitively by the Rome Partners Operations Manager they were separate entities. But people I respect on this forum tell me I have been misled. Hard to know...

Rome Casino, the now-banned 'Sean' at Diamond VIP and 'Scott' at Top Game all visit this forum from the same computer network which doesn't prove they are the same company but does suggest they are at least in the same office.

I understand US players are restricted but bearing in mind the sharks out there, if you (knowingly) wander off the accredited list you can have no complaints when things go wrong. In fact US players should expect it in the current climate.

I played there in the past and when I won I was always paid but it took up to 7 weeks+. I don't think they are crooks they just take forever to pay when you win.

Actually, I can't play at Rome, or any Topgame Casino. I live in Israel. HOWEVER! I do know that Topgame is known for treating their player's like total crud in general. I've been reading the forum. That is not to say that the current incarnation of Rome or Topgame, since the 1st of 2012, is the same Rome/Topgame I've been reading a lot of posts about... But even if I was able to deposit there.. I might think twice.

I have popped onto their livehelp chat/Downloaded the topgame client before, however. I was not impressed with the answer to 'Max Cashout'. Without a bonus, just playing on a small money deposit of 25- you have a 10x Max Cashout. (So, 250$ on a regular deposit). That's no good for me. :/ I prefer the potentiality to win quite a bit more on my 25$. I work hard for it, just like everyone else.

But, to answer your question: A new player came on, posted, and I made no assumption as to how much or little they knew about Rome's previous behavior towards people even in this forum. (Its a matter of record- just look at the Forum's history.) Rome, often, won't pay unless you're a nudge with them and keep on them. Or they'll take 2 months to get you your winnings, as above.

Still, I have no real-world experience with Rome or Topgame (Apart from the previously mentioned Chat.) when it comes to actually cashing out from them. Nor, I imagine, will I ever get said experience. I've read enough on CM to think twice, and give a bit of advice to try and point people in the right direction and be helpful.

The rest of that about a fantasy casino? All just silliness.

Anywho, sorry if it was a bit too much! Not my intent. Just trying to help out others into a similar interest. Please, correct me if I've reported something incorrect, so I might learn as well.

It might sound stupid if I say it, but in some way it's also a good thing that a few people makes this kind of mistakes from time to time.
That way newcomers can be up to date with where they shall not put their money

I have made withdrawals twice at Rome and once at diceland and it took 7 days for approval and nearly 7 weeks to be paid. that is why I stopped depositing with these casinos

At least you got an answer ---- but a very disappointing one. I don't know why it takes them so long to pay most people. Thanks for sharing your experience, its valuable to the Forum members to know. I mean that sincerely.

I don't think a PAB will help you here. They are rogued, and are notorious for long delays with withdrawls. I can only suggest that you keep on the casino and keep up with Noah. After their last debacle, you would think that this group would do anything and everything they can to try and make their reputation better, but they don't.

Pretty much a waiting game, and keep your fingers crossed that you will get paid in the near future.

I wish you the best of luck in getting paid quickly, but you should still prepare yourself for atleast another 30 days if not more to get your withdrawl.

No, the reps here are banned and Top Game is in the 'Blundering software provider' thing.

I believe they are NOT rogued- but... I imagine they're pretty darn close.

I'm not sure if you can still PAB with Rome or not- its a good question! I imagine so, since you could PAB with just about anyone once! Sometimes its just more useful to save your 'One'.

Rome and Sister Casinos, Diamond VIP, Royal Prive

I have had great difficulty in the past collecting from the Rome casinos (Diamond VIP) and was basically extorted by their manager, OG, to say in this forum that I was getting my money before he would send it. It took months to get all of the money.

Has anyone had experience with their "sister" Royal Prive? Six weeks and still no first withdrawal (out of 4 pending).

Lots of excuses but no $$$$$
