The only issue I see is if your transferee didn't know it was for gambling.

If they did, then who cares? Cooperate and get your money.

They are asking for regulatory documents, the contention is coming from you, you borrowed money and now you are stuck.

Your only option is to explain, get the documents and leave the site when it is complete.

You have no other option, no matter how much you feel it is wrong, you have to provide the relevant information or you will not get the money.

Or you can walk away without it and learn a hard lesson.

Good luck but, I don't know how that will play out but just you saying you are not a criminal is not enough, if they took everyone's word then everyone could use the site?

If it's RG related then there's even less grounds to not pay out. That is unless the player has somehow circumvented an active self exclusion...in which case all deposits made after the self exclusion was imposed should be refunded. Winnings become null and void in that scenario.

It's VS, a very reputable casino, so the guy will get his money eventually in all probability (if there's nothing untoward going on with his account of course).

I stand corrected, somewhat, although I knew this already, so not sure what I was talking about before.

If he contacts the casino again and states he agrees to terminate the account on payout will this not save everyone the work and headache?

I still doubt they will pay back the money since they clearly ask for additional documents as a proof. Quite sure it’s mentioned in their T&C as a backup plan in case such issue with a player occurs

They said they still need to do wealth resource check.And said it is a query they need respect others.so I have to wait.
 
My English is bad , I hope I can explain clear. I try withdraw small amout money in 26th June.It was not allowed.Then I chat with the customer service, because of they sent me an email regarding source of wealth verify. So I sent them quickly all the documents they need. After around one week I get an email about all things are veritified.Then I make 4 withdraw.(At beginning they are not allowed me withdraw,then I keep playing win around 27000DKK.But I know if I keep playing,I will loose all the money. I ask them to blocked play. ) After few hours I ask them that my withdraw still pending.They told me that they have technical problem. After two days keeping ask them the same question. They said because I need more document identified,then They cancle my withdraw and not allowed me withdraw.Until now I waiting more then 3weeks.They still not give me more information,Just keep me waiting.I aready loose all my paitient.It make me suffer. And at 6th July I was closed my account.I would never play videoslots anymore.I don't know how to do. Never feel this bad before,even I loose a lot money. How can they just keep the money.

If you keep banging on about how VS is being mean to you you will be added to the Moderated group, meaning your posts will have to be approved by a moderator (like me) before they will appear on the forums. If you persist in violating the Rules ... well, see the warning given above.

That is funny,you didn't read what I said .then you say I do nothing I do not send documents?
 
What is your point? I was informing you of the Forum Rules . Comply with the Rules or don't, your choice, but you now know the consequences if you break them again.

As to your case, of course it will be lovely when it's settled but frankly you've wasted so much of our time and effort that you've exhausted my sympathies. Good luck with it.
