its been two weeks since i been trying to withdrawl cant contact anybody besides chat there still saying they havent received my docs and live chat and finance is not connected you cant call finance direct and i email finance several times no response when you call the 1 800 num they dont know whats going on either like the live chat i hope i can update this with good news but right now ther giving me a no response and no one works on the weekend it just gives them more time to delay

A while back I sent an email to: [email protected] and had the wire within a few days.

Probably best not to post about it more until the rep has a chance to resolve it.

this group are renowned for things just like this have you been reading casino meister lately there are several reports about slow pay and poor service the reps are banned from here so that should tell you something there are some affiliates here who recommend them though you should contact them or use the email bryand gave but do not expect fast help and not on weekends you will probably be paid but you will have to wait as they dont care about players but thats ok because they have nice bonuses i hope you get paid good luck you might need it

fallow up word to the wise i didnt fallow instructins on what forms they well take pdf file the key togetting a fast response from them once i send the pdf docs.i was aproved in 2hrs thanks for all your input guys

Did you e-mail Daniel as suggested?
He usually responds pretty quickly in my experience.
