Joyland Casino: Problem withdrawal request

I never accepted Joyland's offer of $500, I was owed over $11,000 their offer was like someone spitting in my face. I certainly consider my winnings at Joyland as money "legitimately" owed to me, for the simple reason that I would have cashed out and stopped playing if not for the comp points.

Although it sounds like Bryan may not be referring to Joyland players when he says anyone owed money from playtech will be payed, nevertheless it was posted in the Joyland thread so I'm holding out hope

Shooting for those 4% comps was just...nuts. Sorry, can't put it any other way. Like playing Russian Roulette with all six cylinders loaded.

I certainly wouldn't put it that way. Even if they don't get paid, all they've lost is their time. Not quite the same as having your brains blown out, is it?

What I meant was, if you have an agreement with Joyland to pay you x amount. They will pay you. If anyone has a situation that hasn't been resloved yet, they should make this known.

Your chances of a successful outcome in both endeavours is zero.

What about the time I've invested in this whole mess?

well Bryan to this end I'd say for these efforts you've obtained some new loyal members here at your site, myself included. since Joyland, I've signed up to some of your links to accredited casinos, and I've also referred 3 friends to your site who wanted to try online casinos, and they also use your links. (not forum members yet, they've had no problems! which is what happens when you play at CM accredited casinos )

not much but I do what I can. regardless your reputation for results has remained sterling through this ordeal and is appreciated

Yeah, sometimes I forget about this. Thanks!

Complaining isn't a requirement in the forum. There are a number of other things to talk about like British Television, dressing your gay dog, and Poker :D

Before Joyland mess:

God
Country
Marine Corps

The new world order after:

Bryan
God
Country
Marine Corps

You have moved up to the top peg what more could mortal man want?

Yeah that sucks you put that time in and didn't get a satisfactory resolution. Don't get me wrong, time is money. I'm not saying this was a good situation, just that it's not like playing russian roulette with bullets in all six cylinders.

It pretty much means that if anyone is owed any money legitimately, they will be paid. I haven't had the time to do many individual follow ups at the moment; I suspect that there is activity in the background that is taking care of each player issue.
Well, Playtech's definition of "legitimately" is "whatever Joyland says".

Joyland's definition is "anyone who didn't win too much money from the comp promotion", and doesn't include me.

I'm not quite sure what your definition is... But I have a feeling that by MY definition, the above statement that Joyland will pay will turn out to be false.

Still not clear why Playtech wouldn't be marked "evil" for having a bogus complaint resolution center and client casinos that doctor transaction logs (assuming that Playtech itself didn't doctor them), but that's not my call.

well I'm not sure if CM is completely done dealing with these people or what but I thought I'd give it a shot in a post here -

I sent in their form, signed etc. with the offer they gave me. They unlocked my joyland account, but weeks later I still have not been given the settlement offer into my account which they promised.

bryan, do I have any recourse here?

after finally getting back from a series of vacations, joyland has yet to send me the form. We discussed and it came down to $700 but I've never recieved the form to fill out. Just resent an email as the previous one went unanswered.

i thought it might be worthwile pointing out something here, something i posted about earlier in this thread which i'm not going to trawl through to find.

but since the sale of noble and others to empire, in the past few weeks i have been spammed by crown solutions new poker site, quite heavily spammed to tell the truth.

and have also been heavily spammed from thier casino, by email and post, all offering me bonuses to join their casinos (my existing accounts are with those they sold on) despite being bonus banned, i have enquired about the bonuses and they are genuine, the operator even used the phrase "welcome back bonus".

i.e. crown solutions have sold on some of thier casinos and the poker network, and are using the customer database to poach them back.

i warned earlier in this thread that crown solutions were doing this.

anyway the moral of the story is, keep away from crown solutions as they are unethical, and keep away from empire because they are stupid and their stupidity is going to lead to them folding if they keep up making these dreadful business decisons.

still haven't recieved that form lol.....glad to see the rave reviews on CM's '05 list. I could really use that $700. Maybe to put food on the table for my family. Maybe to buy an Xbox.....whats the deal......All i ever wanted to do was find a nice casino to play at and I get stiffed by this place. It really shows how crazy of a world online casino's are. Why does anyone even bother with any of these. Time after time we hear everyone losing money. I thought I'd have all the joy in the world but no....I win and dont get paid, get told i'll be reimbursed and get nothing. What kinda thing did I get involved with. It's all gone to far.......what will I do

So they never even payed the $500 or $700 they offered as compensation? What douchebags.

Also, I wonder if Joyland has considered coming to Bryan and trying to salvage their rep.

Figured they would do this.

I had a problem at their sister site Carnival and Joyland is "rogued" why were you playing there? I am sure if you lost they would have no problem keeping your money. you know I tried Hammer and it was okay, didn't win much but got paid it anyway.

Joyland was rogued due to this incident. The group was dodgy for a long time before this but this included Club Dice which was the original Playtech casino and owned by them at the time. I think your best bet is to avoid Playtech casinos altogether because they often have problems.

Since one newbie forum member carries Joyland high on the site he has fully FOUR links to in his signature, time for a reminder about this lot.
