Joo casino stalling payment

    Hello there i have been lucky at this casino and won big 3 times now.

    First time it was with bonus, sent documents and they prossesed my withdrawal within one day.

    Second time they ask me for a selfie with my id even tough im already verified. Then they say the manager had to approve or look trough my play??? No bonus was taken the win was 1500 euros. But they approved it same day.

    Then two days later i deposit again and win again 1000 euos and now they are stalling and stalling. Same bs about manager but i diddent use a bonus so what is there to check... then today the 5th day of waiting they claim finance department. And they cannot give an answer if it will be sent today.

    I submitted a complaint on Askgamblers against them. But Not sure if it will help.

    Why do allot of these more unknown casino brands employ these tacktics? What is the point of the delaying? Even when i put limit so i cannot play even if i revers they still stall.

    My first question would be: Why on earth are your playing at a Casino that has only a Curacao license when you have such a huge choice with MGA licenses? :confused:

    Reason why they do it is because they can, since they cannot be held responsible by a proper licensing authority.

    I like to sign up at new places and try. Here i was lucky from the get go. But i only had issues a few times but always with "trusted" sites at askgamblers. Seams their standards are pretty low.

    I just noticed now also the casinomeister warning about play.casino that is also owned by the same company Direx NV.

    Lets hope they cough up my money.

    AG has all Direx sites with a score of 8.5 - 10 stars, that says enough of the standards they apply.

    An absolutely reputable and above board casino like 32RED has here at CM a 8.8 rating, which is mainly because of their pending period on withdrawals. But that tells you how low the requirements are at AG to get a good rating.

    Stick with places who have more than just a Curacao license and you will have less issues.

    I think new players don't pay heed to licensing issues, much like I'd sign up to any casino that would take me. Yes that included Cirrus, Pamper and I'd even do those Microgaming casino 'challenges' where I'd have an hour to get over a certain amount, which then yielded a match bonus :oops::what:

    But truth be told, even I would be wary of a casino this stupid- sounding. Surely dumbest name out there?

    They changed the name. Used to be princesswin or something like that. Just as stupid tough hahah. But i never really had issues with any of the direx casinos. Most pay within hours.

    Thats why i dont get this sudden stalling. Maybe they just dont like when players win to much. Because i have withdrawn maybe close to 10x amount of my deposits.

    7 days now and no payment...Not looking to good i sent a complaint to the curacaou e gaming board or whatever its called and a complaint is live on askgamblers but no responce from the casino there.

    What are my options here?
