Hi everyone,

I am wondering if anyone knows how to get around the weekly/monthly withdrawal cap from Joo Casino playing from Australia. I have been playing there for a little bit and have only now had a decent win which I would like to withdraw.

I have contacted support and they have told me there is a cap on their payouts for the week and month which would take me some time to withdraw the amount I had won and I would not like to lose this money or have issues along the way with withdraws.

Has anyone experiences this and know how I could get around this issue? Or do I just need to suck it up and wait till I can withdraw the amount each month?

A lot of those casinos have a max withdrawal $2.500 a week and $12.000 a month and that's the way it is.

It is best if you do wait and take max cash out weekly and do not reverse. There are better casinos out there that pay faster and no cap.

Yeah I guess but they were rated good on some review sites but I have obviously picked a bad casino for cash outs..

Well just wait. Joo management seems to be of the few that is somewhat honest. They changed their bonus and financial terms recently though. If you put a deposit\lost limit on your account you max weekly and monthly max withdrawal limit is 3 times lower. 1.5k weekly and 5k montly. Thats pure fkn evil. They will pay thought. If its a huge ammount, ask for a manager and make a deal if you are too weak to wait.

Yeah I made the mistake of putting a loss limit on and it restricted my withdrawal limit even further which I don't see to be fair.. Oh right, I don't think i'll be wanting to take a deal; I am guessing this means you'd get less?
