They bombard customers with emails, for fairly large percentage, deposit bonus offers.
But if you get lucky and win from one. you get bonus-banned.

There have even been instances of players being bonus-banned by winning from a welcome bonus.

But it's not a case of being bonus-banned from the casino, you won at. You get bonus-banned from every one of their many sites.
Or even worse banned from playing at any of their sites at all, even without a bonus, but with straight cash

I won 805 eur here after a 80 eu deposit. After playing for hours I saw that the bonus rollover was 0%, I played many many slots. So I came to think that this casino differs a lot from other WHG casino's. When I saw that the progress was 0% and I saw that bonus money was still 80 euro I played blackjack till I reached 800+ euro (never thouched the bonus). Since the wagering was all the time 0% I assumed this is a parashute bonus where you can get as much as you want as long as you don't touch the bonus, this is why I played blackjack. Now I am i am worried they are going to imply the max 5 euro bet on my gameplay while I haven't touched the bonus once. Also after the withdrawal I went to live chat and guess what, I would have to verify my account with them. Over all these years I play with this group I had only once uploaded my documents in the very beginning on the first casino within their group and never again.

Overall I am very worried about my cashouts. 9 out of 10 times I am worried about nothing, let's hope this is one of those times where I don't need to stress about this. Second deposit of £100 for 100% and withdrew £1700 before entering bonus money.

There isn't a verification section on the site so assumed I would have been asked via email but nothing, so I've withdrawn £1980 and not been asked to verify my account.
Pros: The WR is only 35X, very good selection of games, no lag
Cons: Navigation on mobile isn't the best, can't search by provider. Processing withdrawals can take up to 2 days to be processed

They asked me for documents while I am already verified on all other white hat gaming casino's. My withdrawal is pending for three days now. They want me to reverse my withdrawal and play again so I just closed my account.
