Otherwise, you may just get 1000 people signing up, barely , or never, participate here and have 0 intention of ever depositing, just to scoop a free 50

Casinomeisters raffles are usually set up like that right ? Minimum amount of posts etc etc

I suppose. But it does take away a bit from being 'special' and for the accolade of Best New CM Casino in 2021 seeing as 0 of those new members provided any of the input that helped with said award

I can see how both Meister and the Casino want to attract new sign-ups, but while the casino may get some new players that stick around and play, i can promise you that the people signing up to the forum for the draw have most likely already made all posts they are going to make.
'Special for the CM community' kind of loses its meaning if every person on the planet can take part if they want.

If the local church holds a 'Drugs & Booze' night on Friday for their community and invites everyone, of course alot of new faces would show up to that event, but how many of the new faces do you think would show up and be 'part of the community' when its time for Sunday mass?

TLDR: People that dont show up for Sunday mass aint part of the community.

How can it them be a 'special' competition for the CM community then?

You have people signing up to CM purely to see if they can grab a freebie without any input into you winning, where is the justice in that? It doesn't affect me, being from the UK but it is highly unfair and a kick in the teeth and backhander to those who voted for you, beggars belief!

The only way to get a ticket to this raffle is to leave a message here on the forum. We link back to this thread from our website, so the new guys could also register and participate.

This is a free and easy-to-participate promo. I guess it is better to welcome the newcomers rather than complain that new players are willing to register and participate. Have fun!
