Hi all,

Twice now I had had problems caused partly by myself and partly by the casino, misunderstandings etc. but John the Bellerock rep on here has sorted them both times and I want to publically thank him and let the rest of you know that if you have any Bellerock problems he should be your first port of call.

When I get my withdrawal through I am giving $1000 to a charity my wife supports in the Philippines so others may get a positive outcome from this good news too.

Regards, Steve.

Out of curiosity, what was it that created all the problems detailed in your previous posts?

Other players may be able to learn from the debrief, and not make the same potentially costly mistake.

Remember, if you had not found Casinomeister, or the rep, you may NEVER have received your money. It is WRONG that casinos only "do the right thing" when players are in the know. Many players could be encountering this kind of problem, but having to walk away from money that they rightfully won, without even knowing why.

Yes, it was. But what happened!

The entire thing looked pretty fishy, and not at all good for Belle Rock. They seemed determined NOT to pay the winnings to an obvious "high roller", a doubly "stupid" move. Further, they were offering NO SIGN of an internal complaints procedure, just "eff off, we aint paying" attitude, which drove the complainant to scatter the grievance over a number of threads.

Now it seems an approach to the rep has produced "sorry, all a big mistake" kind of response.

I find this wholly unsatisfactory, beacuse as a "normal player" the complainant had NO ACCESS to any redress, but as a Casinomeister member, it seems the whole thing was nothing more than a "misunderstanding".

Given the recent survey that showed around 60% of players do not participate in online forums, for every 4 genuine players that have such misunderstandings addressed through forum channels, there are 6 wrongly denied their cashouts. I can leave out the frauds, since for every 10 fraudulent players who use forums, almost 10 do NOT get their money simply because they have such access (at least not here:D) - so fraudulent players gain neither advantage nor disadvantage from being a member, although I am sure fraudulent players are FAR more likely to be members of their own online communities (such as idsforsale<dot>com:rolleyes:) than "normal" players.
