If the OP is bluffing, he will have to make it look convincing, and that will cost.

If PP cave in instead of allowing things to reach court, it will set a precedent, and so the OP should not rely on PP folding.

It is also possible that the OP will be arrested for fraud in Malta after the evidence PP have is heard in said court, so he had better book time off work and take plenty of money.

Maybe so.. or maybe the OP has been thruthfull the whole way through which would result in big consequence's for PP and all court costs reimbursed.

My money's on it being a bluff.

I have seen players lose far more, but decide flying to Malta to take it to court is not worth the hassle.

The OP also has an awful lot of facebook friends, and it is against the rules to go around trying to collect loads of friends by sending friend requests to people you don't know.

It also provides circumstantial evidence to support PP's allegation.

TBH I think that Fortune Lounge must have had some pretty damning evidence, they won't just close accounts on a whim. And chances are that the OP won't be able to open or play at any other Malta regulated casino from now on either. So IMO it's done and dusted...time to move on.

He has 200 Friends on Facebook. For me that is not an awful lot, that is below average in the World of Facebook. Did PP link any of their users to his Facebook Friends? I have not seen any proof.

Your "friend" was accused of fraud by a reputable casino. He submitted a complaint to eCogra and lost. He submitted a PAB here and lost. He is a new member here and acted belligerent and sarcastic to other members while refusing to follow a few very simple rules. There is absolutely no reason at this point for anyone to believe he was innocent unless we're expected to believe that everyone involved is lying except him and he is capable of following rules everywhere except here. That's pretty far fetched.

So where exactly do you get off calling anyone here sheep because they're using their own good common sense instead of jumping on your failed bandwagon attempt?

Yes I know the OP personally and I showed him what its all about here and told him to join. Asif the OP opened up all these accounts yet PP said 'Irregular play' surely they would not even respond to a fraudster or call the police if he is defrauding Facebook friends and breaking the law?
