I have heard nothing adverse about Palancar, and they have a good stable of diversely themed download casinos powered by GoldPlay. You can see these all on one site a la RTG's The Vegas Strip and The Casino Theme Park from VGE. If memory serves me correctly this site is at www.palancarcasinos.com - it's worth a visit.

Maybe they do not realize that some of these numbers are outside of the US. I would ask them to do an international query on the St. Helier, Jersey office of Palancar - that is in the Channel Islands in Europe btw.

I think we ned to lokk into this further. Goldplay satates on their website that they do not license their software to companies that take bets from the USA, yet many of their licensees (Palancar and Max SkyWeb and Ascot among them) do. This either indicates outright fruad on Goldplay's part, or incompetence, and neither reassures me as a player. That Ascot continued to use Goldplay software while Goldplay publically disavowed their relationship also concerns me.
