Jetbull blocked my account with money

    Jetbull blocked my accout without any reason. Therefor they asked my standard documents trough mail, i included a copy of my ID (i changed my BSN/Citizen service number, my Dutch governement dont allow me to share this with any company if they ask for it), a document that verify my address(my health insurance) and a screenshot of my Skrill account that i deposit to Jetbull/Everymatrix.

    After sending my documents they almost accomplish my verification, but it was necessarily to make a photo with my ID next to my face.

    I contacted before this mail with Regitse (on May 30 around 08:00/09:00PM) I told her what to do because in The Netherlands there are a lot of fraud with CITIZEN NUMBER SERVICE and that i change it @copy of my ID, she told me that when I make a picture of my face next to ID that it will not be a problem, so i did that directly after our conversation.

    On May 31 i wanted to check (@work) my betslip because i made on May 30 a combined game with

    Starjnan FC with Breidablik over 1,5 @odds +-1.44 and a tennis game in France with FERRER against BERDYCH (Game was cancelled due the heavy rain , odds 1.60) for € 50,-.

    After that i get a error: "Login failed. Your user account is blocked"

    They denied to give a reason why they blocked me, because every document that i send was genuine and official (even my ID next to my face).

    I cannot see any reason why they blocked me, i have accounts on other bet sites and never get any problem with them. I can even proof my transaction with my own bank in the Netherlands that I made a transaction from my own bank(Dutch bank to) SKRILL to Everymatrix-Jetbull. If they don’t trust my ID with my face I can also made a photo of my driver license or can skype with them to proof it is me!

    They are refusing to mail me and open my account, Live chat is saying that the decision is final (i have a lot of chat screens and proof of my withdraw, deposit of my money etc)

    Can anyone help me out.

    Have you ever self excluded from another site owned / powered by everymatrix? If so, this could be your issue.
