I have trouble with jenningsbet casino to get paid for win I make playing slots.
I win €5096 and make withdrawal on 24 April 2011, one is €3500 one is €1596. I wait for process of my withdrawal and it never come.
I send them email 22nd May, I say 'I do not have my cash out processed for a long time. Tell me please when it will come?'
Same day 22nd May, they say:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for emailing JenningsBet Casino. Your enquiry has been received and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Kind regards from the JenningsBet Support Team.'
No response come after, so I email 27th May, I say, "'Please send me information about when my cash out will come?'
They say nothing, they send no response.
I try to obtain help from The CasinoMeister, they are unable to help me because they say casino will not deal with CM. But CM do say to contact complaints@lga.org.mt regarding any issues.
I sent email to address given me by CM and in reply they say:
I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail dated 30th June 2011.
The information you have supplied leads us to understand the withdrawal you refer to was requested in April 2011, Jennings Bet Ltd. has not been licensed with LGA in the Malta Juridstiction since 21st June 2010, and the licenses were closed on that date.
May I suggest if your complaint refers to an issue that occurred after 21st June 2010 we are unable to assist you as they are no longer licensed by LGA, but the web site does state they are licensed with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission you may find more information on the following link:

As you see, they also are unable to help. As for address they give to me
they only responded to the first email, (June 8Th) they say: received the complaint & will respond in due course.
June 15Th email I sent, received automatic reply that say: she will be out of the office til June 21st.

. I sent 4 emails , june 7th 15th 23rd & 25th. they only responded to the first email, (June 8Th) they say: received the complaint & will respond in due course.
