Did you try to load it in fun mode first and is your flash up to date? Try loading it using VPN sometimes that works for me when games don't want to load :)

Good luck

Maybe higher forces are trying to save you from pre-determined scratchcard pain...? :p

Mind you - I wish that I could work out how to block certain slots on every site...

Hey KasinoKing,

Simply contact support and inform them that you do not want to be able to play game "X" "Y" "Z"

They should either be able to block individually the game or the provider as a whole, depending on their system.

At least Twin does this upon request and as far as I know,(I think) it is a requirement for MGA, don't know about UKGC/SGA/DGA/etc.

If it is a MGA requirement it must be fairly new. I have never heard about blocking single games, and have seen no casino (except Twin) that offer it as a service

Hi, 4048!

It must be at least a year or two old, based on my experience.

I have worked in the industry for quite some time and can confirm that other companies I have been working for, have had this option as well :)

The only way to find out for sure, if your favorite casino does indeed offer this, is to contact the customer support and ask them if this is an option.

As I said, I believe it to be an actual requirement, as I have worked for quite big companies and newer companies, and both having this option, even not actually specified as an option in the terms on the casino.

(Edit) : But hey, I might be wrong :)

Kind regards,

Kasper,
