Whine and Moan Jackpotparty Terminated My Account!!!

WOW! i knew this would happen it always does on forums. Why do you guys take it so personal. Right lets get this straight.

1: I havent gambled in months because i have been banned from jpp for months

2: I am not compulsive because i keep going in chat asking to be back. Just miss the site

3: Yes, I would make a comment on YouTube now and again maybe 3 or 4 comments in total that's all!

4 70% or higher have a problem gambling who gamble on the site

5 i was playing 3 stake now and then to meet wagering requirements faster as i had a big bankroll from deposit bonus

6 even if people spinning 20 and 30 pounds a spin haven't said anything it doesn't take a genius to figure out that's a ridiculous amount of money to be spinning even if there rich. Which i highly doubt

7 Because i miss playing on the site and the progressives and the slots and the big wins other sites bore me.

That is it i didn't join this site to get lectured i joined to meet nice people and share my issues not get told off and have essays wrote about how wrong i am.

Im not going back and fourth you can think what you like. They shouldn't have terminated my account over exaggerated YouTube comments.

(Awaits Long ass reply saying how wrong i am again..............):(

Re. your no.4 above - how on earth can you know 70% of JPP patrons have problems?

6. Ridiculous to you maybe. And me to tell the truth. But that's assumption again.

You obviously don't take argument well. Someone who agrees with you is not necessarily 'nice' and vice-versa. there are no essays, just considered comments and opinions. Most people think you are wrong. You have come on here, a forum with many experienced casino players, and made an OP that you expected, given your hurt feelings over the way JPP have acted, to garner sympathy for your point of view. On any forum you will get supporters and detractors.

"They shouldn't have terminated my account over exaggerated YouTube comments."

How would they know the comments are 'exaggerated'? They can only see what you've typed; they can't play guessing games.

And I reiterate their T&C's:

"WMS Rights to Terminate User Relationship. We further reserve the general right at any time, and at our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or close your account without further explanation if we consider it necessary to do so for any reason. In the event that we terminate your account under this provision we will refund the balance of your account to you. The decision of our management as regards to any aspect of your account or use of this Site by you is final and not open to dispute or appeal."

Read the final sentence. Then you may realize why you will get nowhere with your futile efforts on their live chat.

Solutions for future reference:

1. Start a blog. You can then delete all the dissenting posts.
2. Don't post on public message boards.

If it were allowed I would have just written "LOL" in response to your complaint, because its so ridiculous its not worth the time.

Get over it and move on. Nobody here can help you. Even a PAB cannot (and will not) insist a casino reopen your account.

Balthazar....the casino is protecting itself in this case, which it has a contractual (see terms) and ethical right....nay responsibility....to do when it becomes apparent a player MAY be a compulsive gambler. The casino doesn't need to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, or at all in reality. It is abundantly clear from the OPs desperation and his decision to make a fuss about it all that he has a gambling problem of some description....in addition to the fact he admitted it on youtube.

From what we know, the decision to ban him was strictly based on the Youtube comment, which is wrong and I already explained why. If Youtube comments in general had any consequences, a lot of people would be in serious trouble.

The reason I got mad earlier in the thread is because people can't take care of themselves and are expecting others to do it for them. "He's got a gambling problem, so the casino must ban him without his consent". "He's got a drinking problem, so he must be banned from the bar". This isn't a solution at all. If there's a problem, the person with the problem must be the one to solve it and not rely on others. It's true with gambling and all spheres of life.

Banning the OP didn't solve the OP's problem, as evidenced earlier in the thread.

Too many people don't take responsability for their actions anymore, I'm a grown man and I sure don't expect casinos to ban me for my own good. If I believe that I've a gambling problem, I'll stop playing and if I need help to do it, I'll ask for help. That's how problems are solved.

As for the casino protecting itself, it's just some pre-emptive bullshit: the same as being called guilty before committing a crime. (And I'm not saying they don't have the right to ban him, as they can ban anyone for any reason. That doesn't make it right in my book, though).

Whatever im not gong back and forth they made the wrong decision deleting my account from YouTube comments. Thats my opinion. I never came on the site for sympathy just simply to share this info with people as i knew they would be interested in knowing this information.

You say you havent gambled in months and financially you are fine... However problem gamblers do not tell the truth always.

1 thing problem gamblers usually have happen is after a loss (perhaps after chasing), they are upset/annoyed/angry and will not give a damn about anything. Often the anger is at the casino and even blame is given to the casino (such as if someone said to them "im a problem gambler, how the hell could you allow me to play?").

Then once the loss is forgotten a few days or weeks later, the problem gambler will be back on the gambling like they dont have a problem (until the cycle repeats itself).

JPP are a great place to play and its good they picked up on this. Many casinos will ignore problem gambling, some of the rouger outfits may even try to lure someone to gamble who has a problem.

While I cant agree that 70% having a gambling problem I would say there are some gamblers who do have a problem but havent realised it. Seems to be only when they hit rock bottom that they think "hang on, I have a problem".

Kou 187,

I am sure you wont let go as you seem addicted and the theme song of the progressive is what you are doing. Well, that's the way aha aha you like it.

I've been debating whether to post in this thread or not, but WMS slots are available at other casinos other than Jackpot Party, but without the progressive aspect. Many members enjoy the higher payback without jackpot contributions.

If you like the social aspect of chat, 3Dice is a good casino with a chatroom, and offers numerous free tournaments, with more for depositing players, but with daily freerolls as well for non-depositors. Very different from WMS slots, but if you miss the social aspect of chat, might be worth checking out. They offer easy to use deposit limits to keep you within your gambling budget. Game selection is way more limited, but the games are unique, and payouts are prompt.

If you've had a break from gambling for a few months and don't come in trying to chase past losses, you might have fun. But be aware that most responsible casinos take responsible gambling seriously.

It's a pretty slippery slope, and I've had problems in the past myself at land based, and occasionally step back from online as well.

If you deposit ready to lose and be cheerful about it, about as cheerful as watching a bad movie, with the odd cashout, it can be a fun pasttime. But it can also be a frustrating and consuming addiction, and you know best if you want to venture back in.

After many many years gambling, one thing I can guarantee is it's not a way to make money.

Indeed most but not all.

Shame UK bookmakers dont take it half as seriously.

Some guy who works as 1 of the top guns of the betting industry said in a quite recent interview "1 problem gambler is 1 too many" and went on to say they do everything to prevent problem gamblers from playing.

Their self exclusion system is highly flawed however. They self exclude you for a requested amount of time if you fill in the forms and give in passport sized photos of yourself.

It gets put in a folder and forgotten about. Countless times self excluders have walked into a bookies and gambled without staff saying a word.

Certainly its all BS with their self exclude policy. Folders are never checked and new staff are never trained about whos self excluded.

Thanks mate for the advice. And i have gotten over not being able to play at jpp as there slots are now available on Nordic bet and maria bingo. So ive been playing bruce lee on there depositing say 40 to 60 and withdrawing at least 120 or 200 each time. Im happy with the way bruce lee plays on there because of the rtp being bigger. You see the features a lot more except the wins arnt as huge as jpp but are still decent wins. Biggest win i had so far was 150.00 of 60p spin on the 5 free spins bonus. I look forward to hitting the 20 free spins on there soon and seeing what thats like with the higher rtp. Thanks for the reply buddy;)
