Oh dear, that's turning into a bit of a pickle! I guess the good news is that some money is being paid and they are actively trying to solve it, but hopefully it's just technical issues rather than something more serious.
It's possible that it's one of those combinations of operator + Apple Pay + Revolut + five figure amount that has caused the computer to throw up - and somebody is firefighting the problems as we speak!
It looks like you've already tried what I was going to suggest - smaller withdrawals. It might take a few days to resolve but at least it'll get done that way.
If they still can't resolve it, then I would expect they'll ask for another payment method - e.g. the underlying debit card.
