Casino Complaint jackpotfactory server connections

Ok this tops it all they send off a email stating we now take instadebit for canadians. So silly me i think ok it has been awhile for me at this casino due to depositing methods with them. Sure enough i deposit funds. I go off to play and next i know i have no money to play with. So i hit live chat
this one is new to me seems they have time out issues so even though i can provide them instantly with the account copy of what i deposited from instadebit times and all. I must still wait 48 hours before i find out what really happened. Any others using their instadebit this weekend stay clear.

So friday im told wait it will take 48 hours at the latest to deal with this.
So now its monday am and now im told their financial dept is off weekends so i said to them nicely so why lie to me in 3 different chats telling me friday sat and sunday they are working on it and yes they work weekends. Instadebit has shown them the accont of the withdrawal put into the casino and yet i get no further response then just wait it out. And then i was also informed that they now pay it takes 5 to 7 business days to payout.

im so sorry, but i must agree they are slow as molases, i sent them an email because they were spamming my email, i had 7 of the same email in my inbox, i sent them several emails it took 3 days for a response. so yep they are slow to me. this just shows not good cs imo. i hope your issue gets resolved soon like today gl.

Sent alljackpots rep all the info on friday just got a response this am. No different then what live chat told me. What upsets me more was the lies they could of told me friday that finance is off for the weekend not that it will be dealt with sat am and everything would be ok sat night. Then sunday am same response and on monday more or less live chat told me they would never say that. Or that the emails i got back from instadebit cannot be. Yet i forward them to them also. So thats it im done soon as the funds are in my account im gone bad enough chat says any payouts from them now take 5 to 7 business days.

I had the very same long ago with Neteller timeouts, they simply WOULD NOT RESPOND to Neteller, who were trying to sort out the problem. This non responce INCLUDED normal working hours.

I am afraid the Jackpot Factory processor, Inexia, is SO DAMN INCOMPETENT it beggars belief, but they WON'T get the push, since Inexia is OWNED by the same overall people who also OWN Jackpot Factory. This cosy arrangement gives no incentive whatsoever to Inexia to clean up it's act. David Brickman (the rep here) often has trouble dealing with Inexia, and players are not supposed to be able to contact Inexia directly.

My biggest problem was tracked down to a serious lapse of procedure by Inexia, yet took 9 months, and the intervention of eCogra, for Inexia to actually give a damn, and investigate properly. The problem is now "cured".

These timeout issues are also a big problem, especially when the casino tries to make it look like YOUR fault, rather than a systems failure, which is what it is.

Support, "lying" (telling you what you want to hear, rather than "I don't know", or "Monday at the earliest") makes the matter worse, since you are then measuring future performance against a false promise, and the result is destined to be a failure on the part of the casino to live up to the promise. Over the weekend, this is three "lies" and three "failures", whereas they could have opted for ONE failure by saying "wait till Monday".

Despite this, it is STILL worth complaining to the rep, he has more chance of getting to the bottom of this than you do through normal CS.

Thanks vw as i said i did contact him and didnt get very far. Instadebit has sent me 3 emails saying that alljackpots just wont respond to this issue.
I should of known better they just joined instadebit and this really at least for me using instadebit and ewallet is the only way i can deposit to them.
Then when i said well comp me something in return i got your account is not entitled to any bonuses. So there you go its just a waiting game now then will see how long it takes to have it back into my instadebit account.

So tuesday am funds in my account. I was going to play this but i though im just not happy the way customer service treated me and more or less telling me
im a liar. So i hit withdraw anyone that uses instadebit knows you need to add another account number that is different then deposit in to withdraw funds.
And what do i get im sorry you didnt make a instadebit deposit will be sent to click2pay well i havent used click2pay in over a year, so another 20 min in chat with another yet customer service rep stating this will be looked into within 48 hours to see why it never showed i made a instadebit deposit.
I would play it but you know when you get that sour taste in your mouth its just time to up and move on.

Laura, did you get yourself one of those prepaid Mastercards as yet? I'm only asking because you said that Instadebit is the only way you can deposit to them....that Mastercard is accepted everywhere you can gamble online. Just a heads up.

This is taking the p1$$ - how much MORE proof do JF need that their processor is simply not up to the grade. It has been like this for YEARS, GREAT casino let down by probably the most serially incompetent processor in the industry.
The cosy relationship between JF and Inexia is the problem. Inexia have that "job for life, no matter how good or bad I do it" attitude. In a proper contractural relationship, their contract would come up for renewal, and there are many more competent processors out there.
Refusing consistently to respond to Instadebit is just RUDE!!!! - and serves only to show up their arrogant attitude that normal standards of courtesy and efficiency just don't apply to them.
Instadebit had all the information Inexia needed to sort this out in a matter of minutes, and this information would also have prevented the further insult of them later saying there never had been an Instadebit deposit, despite the evidence sitting there in your account.

This is the problem, Inexia never make a SMALL cock-up, they either get it right, or make the BIGGEST messup possible. When they get it wrong, they cannot accept that this could ever be the case, thus they continue to labour on and make things even worse.
