My experience with Jackpotcity was really inconveniece.
My withdrawal amounting $1207.00 dd 25 November 2014 still unpaid.Chasing Jackpotcity to solve the problem, only after almost 1 month ,Jackpotcity informed that the transfered was rejected by the banker.Very strange as I checked with my banker that during the period of December 2014 there was no incoming transfer nor the rejection of the said transfer.
''Jackpotcity had lied,as they never sent the money.''
Then Jackpotcity asked me to give an alternative of payment, the support suggest to pay to my Visa which I agreed. But on the 5th January 2015,Jackpot city informed that payment to my Visa was not possible, their reason was I did not deposit with Visa since 6 months ago.
Instead of speeding up the payment,Jackpotcity asked me to open a web wallet, which I did not agree.
Now Jackpotcity will transfer to my original payment method,it was what Jackpotcity promised.
This all was the mistake of Jackpotcity,to " cover their mistake ,Jackpotcity had asked me to agree to pay to Visa, then canceled it,then asked me to open a web wallet." Just to delay the payment."
I played in Jackpotcity as Casinomeister accredited them.
But viewing this bad service,I wonder if Jackpotcity still in the accredited list.I am not the only one who complain regarding the payment issue.

So you requested a bank transfer, to which the casino said the bank had rejected, they then offerd you a visa w/d but as you had not deposited via that method they refused, total incompetence for the casino to suggest that, and now they have offerd an e-wallet transaction, to be fair someone not willing to pay winnings i doubt would offer as many options, my concern is why your bank rejected the payment in the first place, have you had w/ds to your bank from this casino previously? were they similar amounts?

Jackpotcity still do not pay my withdrawal

I had several withdrawal from Jackotcity in the past to my banker,no problem.I also still receiving transfer from 0ther parties until now.
I talked to my banker yesterday, there was no record of incoming transfer $1207.00 also no rejection noted. If there was a rejection ,surely there will be a record.Jackpocity could not show the copy transfer nor the rejection ,even I had asked them several time.Meaning? No transfer at all.

If Jacpotcity again playing me off and delaying the payment,I will do pab.I will wait until end of this week,if no money comes into my banker account,I will pab.

I think you should PAB now, even though you eventually got paid (or have you, it's not that clear). It looks very much like they were stalling and lying to cover up an error they had made with the initial payment. The motive for stalling would be that whilst the money had not reached you, the casino had not gotten it back either. They didn't want to pay out twice, so needed to stall whilst they retrieved the money before they were prepared to make another attempt. The lying part is shifting the blame for their own mistake onto your bank, which is why when called out on it they were unable to produce any hard evidence of the rejection and error message from your bank.

Given that your bank could find no record of a rejection, it means that the most likely error was that the information on the wire was wrong, and it could not be routed to an account, hence it had to be rejected. When this happens, the rejection cannot be attributed to any specific customer, so when they check against your account, they see no record of an attempt, let alone a rejection.

Given that previous payments worked fine, some "idiot" may have taken it upon themselves to "fix something that aint broke". I've had this done to me by Neteller, who repeatedly altered the CORRECT sort code I had given them to an Incorrect one, which I discovered only when my bank sent me a message telling me they were fed up of trapping the error and manually diverting the money to the correct account that they would in future reject such transactions. I asked them what the problem was, and they gave me the information that was being used, which made it clear that some "idiot" in Neteller finance thought they knew better and kept altering the sort code I gave them to a slightly different one. They would not even believe my BANK that they were getting it wrong, so in the end I was forced to start using a different bank account at another bank to receive Neteller transfers.

If Jackpot City are doing something like this, it could cause intermittent problems with the money reaching your account, and it may have been done wrongly for some time, but in the past your bank's systems had managed to cope.

If you do PAB, try to get the information attached to that failed wire to see if it matches what you supplied, and also check back with your bank that what you supplied is indeed correct.

this may or may not be usefull

Today I received the money,$1197 after deduction of banker fee to my original payment method,no rejection,no nothing problem.
It is exactly 44 days after my withdrawal throughing hard effort to contact Jackpotcity, expecting good news from CS promised "we will contact you if we receive a reply to our querry" ,being played off by asking to open a web wallet etc.
I can not pab as suggested by vinyl, because my email address using Yahoo, which is not accepted by pab.
Just judge yourselve whether Jackpotcity still deserves to be an accredited one.For me I am done.
