As the title already describes LEOVEGAS has violated the player protection regulations 2 times in my case and ignores self exclusions. Even though I was blocked due to gambling issue, I was able to depost 6900 EUR again. No different personal details. No different e-mail. LEOVEGAS was definitly able to reject my deposits.
Everyone at the Casino is well aware of my issue since I don't get tired of it again and again to explain all sites my issue in detail.
In case LEOVEGAS wants to find a amicable solution, feel free to contact me via private message. As you know, I have already engaged a German Lawyer from Malta who has contacted you regarding my refund claim about 6.900 EURO.
Otherwise, I will bring this case definitly to court and I will make it avaibale to the public so everyone should notice how LeoVegas is handling this issue.
