Jackpot Party (Now) Slotsmagic ???

Was stupid enough to deposit here today. The WMS games kicked me out every 3 mins. It seems like the tech guys at that site doesen't fix errors, they create even more and more.

I finally closed my account after getting hit with errors every single time I played over the course of a week, rendering all WMS games unplayable until Support manually reset my account.

Migrated to Redbet and have had perfectly smooth gameplay with no problems at all.

I did email Slotsmagic a complaint but (mais oui) just got a canned response saying they'd look into it. Never heard anything further. There is absolutely no reason to be playing at this technical shambles of a site.
 
Furthermore. I contacted the support via email and wanted confirmation that my account was in good standing. No accidental duplicate accounts created and no self exclusions (usually if I have bad enough luck ill lock my account for awhile) with their group. I said I want confirmation of this from a manager as Ive been reading some very poor reviews so I want to protect myself if I ever chose to deposit here to try and change my luck from a cold spell in other places.

The manager is constantly refusing to answer my questions. He is responding with moronic replies that "he cannot look into this matter and that self exclusion is not something to toy with"

What is he even going on about. This is the third time I have asked this person and its the same idiotic replies. I do not trust this casino at all. From the BS tactics ive seen around here and now the terrible email exchange from management.

Any other casino I ask this question to gives me a straight out answer "no you dont have duplicate accounts by accident and no you havent excluded yourself"

Its bloody simple.

There's certainly something a bit sinister about this sister 'group' of casinos!

Without a doubt, I said no go to accredited but gave no time to let offers speak? Why as a few days? Casinos do not give us a Few days, I give credit to what the boyz do on here but they also have to go by our judgement as do not want people signing up to sites and they sting you,

This is not our choice and more than respect for the meister and side kicks,

I took a bonus it had silly wagering like £4500 i managed to wager it all and have a balance of £3500 i put in a withdrawl, it got declined and removed because i did one accidental bet at £2.40 while there maximum bet is £2, this was also after i had met wagering requirements and out of well over £10000 ++ worth of wagering in that session at £1.60 bet.

This casino group does absolutely anything and I mean anything to not pay players.

Its funny because this happened to me with betspin. I accidentally bet $25 on a slot 4 times because I thought it was a $1 spin but it was $1 per line.

Guess what their support said "dont worry about it we know it was a mistake just dont do it again please"

Thats how a good casino responds. A bad casino does what you said.

I dont understand how this casino is accredited. I really dont.

Bad move by Slotsmagic to now charge 2.5% for debit card deposits. It was the only reason before this change that I made deposits. No more.

Edit: wow just about all deposit methods now carry a fee? Why? Are they on the road to self destruction?

deposits and withdraws?

Edit::: Ewallets are at 3.5% does not look like there is a charge for withdraw, You would of thought it would of been the opposite
