Jackpot not so Grand

Hello all, my name is don. My first time playing an online gambling site "jackpot grand" brings me to your most informative website. After reading many of the posts on this site as well as becoming aware of "rogue" casino's..my situation seems most common.

I received an email offering a NDB of $50 bucks....and so like a sucker.. I downloaded the the online software and proceeded to play ..successfully meeting and exceeding the play through needed and ened up winning 305.00 dollars. When i first redeemed the bonus... a page showing what games where excluded etc..and that the one time max payout was 250.00.

So I clicked on the live chat and asked what my next step was to claim my winnings. I filled out my faxback form with all the required docs..and within a few days received an email congratulating me that my docs had been approved for withdrawal purposes and that I needed to make my one time 25 dollar deposit. I did so. I then hit the live chat button and asked "Mathew" what to do next...Here is a copy of that live chat coversation actually right before I made the 25 dollar deposit

money12: thanks...i havent made the deposit yet because i only loaded 21.00 on my card becasue thats what i was told twice now by ur agents to be able to withdrw my winning of 250.00
Mathew : Just a moment please.
Mathew : unfortunately that is correct: the minimal deposit is $25.
Mathew : Can you somehow add that $4 to your card so that you can deposit the $25 so that you can go on with the process of withdrawal?
money12: I will have to go back to US bank and deposit an additional 4 dollars..alco can u verify my info that i emailed as per instructed was received?

money12: just want to make sure...and i am keeping a copy of these messages for my recoreds just in case....ok off to the bank ..will be making deposit in the next hour or to as the bank is 40 min away

So I then made the deposit and the went to the casher page to request my 275.00 withdrawal...10 business days later i received an email from "Eli' that my withdrawal request had been denied and that my bonus had a max payout of only 50.00 and that I should deposit another 25 bucks to get it because min withdrawal is 100.00.

I responded to his email that he must be mistaken as my max payout verified several times by your customer service online chat people that my max bonus was 250.00... I then got another email from "Eli" stating he checked the "system" and its only 50 bucks.

I then hit the chat button again and spoke with mathew again and told him what the email from eli said and he agreed with me and that he would send an email to the appropriate departments to correct the problem...Here is another chat message again confirming the 250 payou

Anyway later that same day I noticed that my balance was back up to 305..and on march 2nd on advice from "mathew" I re requested my 275.000 withdrawal ....

My question is to you....Do I have a hope in hell of getting whats owed to me since I obviously had documentation from the casino's own employees that verify my request amount?

A hope? Yes I think so - but it may be a very slim one.

For the info for other readers: This is a WinPalace Group (Affactive) casino.

The key thing missing in your post are the T&Cs relating to your bonus. I don't play RTG a lot, but aren't things like the max cash-out displayed in the cashier where you redeem the coupon?
If so, do you have a screenshot of them?
This is vital as their general T&Cs only say the max cash-out MAY be equal to the value of the NDB, not IS equal.

Looks on the face of it that you may well have been given duff info from the chat rep.

This group is rogue and highly vilified here - so I don't think you will get any help with this.
Pains me to send you away, but I honestly think your best chance is with a different "disputes" forum who do promote these guys, such as Ask Gamblers and the like.
Also - look carefully at the send address to see where your original e-mail came from: Was it direct from the casino, or via an affiliate?
