I requested withdrawal(Click2Pay, about over USD 100,000) 24/9/2008,But until this time(15/1/2009), not completed.

There is no explanation or any feedback.

Just always service team says "JUST WAIT".

It's almost 4 months...

REALLY SLOW AND TERRIBLE WITHDRWAL.

Yes, I am worrying about withdrawal.

There is no phone call or any explanation.

I called serveral times, over 100 email, the answer is "Just wait"

And my account is locked for 4 months.

Can you please elaborate on the situation? What were you playing? How much did you deposit, etc.

The best person on this forum to contact are Maxd and Casinomeister through the pitch-a-bitch system. They are skilled in helping in these situations.

4 months is way to long, i would contact max at pitch a bitch, just like casino kidd suggested, theres no reason to have put you off this long and locked your account if you abided by all the t/c, you did abide by all the t/c i hope ? ........ good luck to you as thats alot of money your talking about not being paid.........laurie

I made account on Wildjack about 2 or 3 years ago

And I deposited over 5,000 totally( I don't remember exactly)

I couldn't remember my account and I made another account.
and deposited about 1 or 200 USD.

after that I won over 100K, requested withdrawal(Click2Pay) 24/9/2008
(After that My ID is locked, I don't know reason)

I sent utility bill&other documents and translation aobut 1 and half month by Wildjack Financial Department...

I think It's completed 11/2008.
after that, Just I've been waiting until now...

I sent email to Jackpot Factory but there is no reply.
 
WOW DONGHEEIKIM, I would be busting, I can't believe your not even getting an explanation, maybe they think your gonna let it go..

did you explain this to wildjack or to emma who always has answered my emails promptly in the past, as i have never had a problem getting paid by them, but again i didnt have 100k in my balance or my account locked, something just seems very odd here imo...........laurie

I understand how one can be unaware that a casino you signed up at was taken over by another, but it sounds like they knew that and opened another account for you without a welcome bonus.

I called to customer service.

The answer is same "YOU DON'T CONTACT FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER":mad:

It's really worst withdrawal procedure...
 
For 2 weeks The same answer

"Our financial department or casino management will send feedback within 48 hours" but This answer is same for 2 weeks.

I tried to contact customer service several times for 2 weeks by email and phone call.

But always same answer :confused:

yep a big problem, unless you have it in writing that they would allow you to open another account your probably screwed,and its probably why they locked your new account, when you lost your old acc no you should have contacted there support and got youre account details sent to you, opening a second account is a big no no, its in there t&cs


5.5 At all times, you may only have one account, for which you will register using your own, correct name. You may not access a Casino by means of another person"s account. Because If making another one account is not allowed then they must lock when I create another one.
Also they sent email "You made another Account and so, we can't give to you welcome bonus"
At that time my new Account is available.

I made another one and deposited money.
Also I'd been gaming until I requested 3 or 4 withdrawal.

I think Account locking is Loyalty bonus problem or other security problem.
Because I played game on 2 PCs. home and office.
Sometimes I played Flash based casino on my home PC or sometimes
played windows sw based on my office PC.


If they gave to me welcome bonus to my new account then it must be not allowed...

If they reject or cancel, refuse my withdrawal then I will notify their faking on internet by publising Ad. on famous casino community continuously.

Here is another example of a newbie member who feels that the forum rules do not apply to him.

When signing up in this forum, new members are required to read the rules. They indicate that they have by clicking the little box that says, I have read the rules. They are also PMd by Vortran who clearly states how complaints are handled in this forum. Apparently this new member has overlooked this.

DO NOT CIRCUMVENT THE COMPLAINT PROCEDURES BY POSTING COMPLAINTS IN THE WRONG SECTIONS


He can either PAB or patiently wait for the casino rep to address this matter. Max or I will update this thread when we have any news on this issue. I'll PM the rep now and put him in touch with the OP.
