yep a big problem, unless you have it in writing that they would allow you to open another account your probably screwed,and its probably why they locked your new account, when you lost your old acc no you should have contacted there support and got youre account details sent to you, opening a second account is a big no no,

Because If making another one account is not allowed then they must lock when I create another one.
Also they sent email "You made another Account and so, we can't give to you welcome bonus"
At that time my new Account is available.
I made another one and deposited money.

I think Account locking is Loyalty bonus problem or other security problem.
Because I played game on 2 PCs. home and office.
Sometimes I played Flash based casino on my home PC or sometimes
played windows sw based on my office PC.
