    Hi Catherine,

    I confirmed with our support team that indeed your check is in the mail. However, I would feel much more comfortable when I confirm that 100% with our financial department as well. Generally the communications are very reliable but once in a while they get their signals crossed. I will get back to you by Monday with a final confirmation.

    At no supprise to me there isnt any reply as said here and today is Monday, oh BTW there also was no check in the mail!!

    I just thought I would let you know I did promise David a "positive note" in a Jackpot Factory thread once my withdrawal from February hit my ewallet. My money went back in to my casino account on the 10th of May, I withdrew it immediately and it was in my ewallet early this aftenoon. That is my positive note......the fact that it took 3 months, emails to ecogra, the casino, numerous phone calls, emails (that went unanswered from support) and emails to and from David should show that the breakdown in communication is something that cannot be ignored. No one should have to go through this. Will I ever play at a Jackpot Factory casino again....:eek:

    I'm done and they are crossed off my list. I wish you guys all the best in getting your money.

    Here is an update on my funds yesterday i got an email telling me that my funds were reversed back into my casino account and that i can make a withdrawal into my eco account. So i done just that i made a withdrawal and then called them and told them to flush out my account and they said they did and i even got a phone call from a man named Jim the casino manager confirming that my account was flushed out and i told him that i put it into my eco account and he said that i should have no problem in the future if i made my withdrawals into my eco account. well today i checked my eco account and nothing and in the past when i flushed out my account it was in there the next day well i emailed the casino and this is what i got:

    We can confirm that your withdrawal has been sent to our financial department and we will follow up on this for you. As soon as we have a response we shall be in contact with you.

    Expect a 2 day wait..I did the same thing, money in account Thursday, called and asked them to flush it, money was in Eco on Monday. (Because of the weekend) For some reason they have another 48 hour processing period even after you call them:confused: However, you are half way there:thumbsup: Good luck!
