It seems that at least one group of casinos (besides 32Red) actually read this forum, and have taken note of one of our pet peeves. Jackpot Factory has officially reduced their "pending" period on cashouts from 24 hours to 6 hours.

I would have to rank "Jackpot Factory" as the most underrated group/affiliate amongst the MG casinos (groups/affiiliates). They rarely get any complaints (ignoring their full PM box last week... though that was swiftly taken care of), their customer service is as friendly as any that I've yet to deal with, and they're reasonably generous.

I'd give them full points, IF they would upgrade their "FLASH VERSION" to Viper software. I will only play "FLASH VERSION" these days (because when I use the full download on any MG casino, I ALWAYS get black screens on the newer slots, wherein I can't see anything).

Aside from that (to which some people may actually prefer the older software), this group is on par with any other group. Prompt payouts, personal luck factor, one of the oldest operations, great group.

JS, which casino in particular are you referring to? FirstWeb does indeed use the old flash version. However, All Slots, All Jackpots and Wildjack all have the newer flash/viper version running (with Thunderstruck, Spring Break, Tomb Raider, etc). Are you still pulling up the old version at one of the latter three casinos?

I agree with you that Jackpot Factory is indeed one of the underrated groups, very low profile. Yes, they do seem to have had some email problems lately, but hopefully that is sorted now. My only complaint is that I wish they would bring back the "live chat" feature on their sites. Where did it go?

Hahaha. You're quite right, I guess I should have been more clear on that Pinababy69. I was referring to "FirstWeb" casino. It's my favorite of the 4, as I appreciate the main character that looks like "Rich Uncle Pennybags" from the Monopoly game. I guess they won't be upgrading it any time soon, because it's called FirstWeb casino, and upgrading it would make it look "newer".

I noticed that "Wild Jack Casino" looks to have gotten a face-lift recently.

John Steed is a proper English Gent - he would never say 'gotten'.
This word does not exist in the Queens English dictionary!
Are you an impostor??? :D

Mrs. Peel is in the dungeon, while Steed... well, where's Steed?

Well done thy King.

I'm going by the not-so-studious "COLLINS COBUILD ESSENTIAL DICTIONARY" (via COLLINS Birmingham University International Language Database Co Ltd 1996) on this one.

gotten: is often used for the past participle of get in American English

Someone has obtained my secret password, and has used "American English" (unfamiliar slang at that) on this one. You're my favor... err... favourite King. :D

This is what I posted about them not to long ago at WinnerOnline:

I have been a customer at their group of Casinos for a few years now and am absolutely amazed about their level of business!
I gained VIP status and have received the most professional customer service, fun tournaments and promotions, quick withdrawals, etc., to keep me satisfied.

Jackpot Factory have earned themselves a top-ranking in my book. To be honest, I could not tell anything in need to be improved at this group.
I am absolutely enjoying my time there and am hoping that they are going to keep their service up and running in 2006.

Schanky Kudos to J.F.!

Please name the other casinos in this group for those of us with dead brain cells. :)

Are you playing in fullscreen mode? Almost sounds like a DirectX problem, or an issue with your video drivers...or a combo of both :)

You're quite right about there being a problem with my video drivers (and everything in my windows/settings are written in Korean... aarrggghhh  ), at least (considering that I doubt that it's a DirectX problem) I believe it's a problem with my video drivers.

You mentioned fullscreen mode being the problem. Now, if I were NOT use fullscreen, would the game graphics then appear? Curious, as I've never tried that method (although again, I actually prefer playing the FLASH VERSION there days).

Thanks for the tip winbig72. :)

Great move. They'll win many friends with that one. Especially bearing in mind they manually flush on request too.
