Jackpot Factory officially denies further ACH's

    This was the first I had heard (see email) that I wasn't going to get an ACH withdrawal...all along I had been promised this would be no problem. So yesterday I email them, just to make sure everything was still ok (after reading all the JF horror stories) and whaddaya know...no more ACH withdrawals. Period. I love the sentence, "our US processor discovered......" Give me a break.

    I would be interested in hearing from anyone who actually deposited a Jackpt Factory check and had it RETURNED by their bank???? (From my understanding, while these checks may not be "verifiable" for some reason, they are supposed to 'clear' if deposited and allowed to go through normal banking channels, such as in one of Frenchie's earlier posts....)

    Thank you for getting back to us here at The VIP Lounge regarding your withdrawal.

    I am sorry to hear of your concerns regarding the status of your withdrawal, and can assure you that your $7,050 withdrawal from March 26th was processed on March 28th and was sent to you via regular mail check.

    When you made your withdrawal you chose the ACH/Check option. Due to the new legislation in the US our processor discovered that it is no longer possible to process withdrawals by ACH, and therefore your funds were sent to you by check. Since they were sent by regular mail, you should receive them within 21 working days.



    The stories you read on CasinoMeister related to withdrawals made between the middle of February and the beginning of March. There was a problem in the processing of some of these withdrawals and our casino management and financial department are now checking the exact status of these withdrawals.



    They will have a resolution within a week for the players who were effected by this problem.



    Since your withdrawal was made at the end of March, it was not effected at all by this problem and is on its way to you. Again, we apologize for any confusion regarding this issue and hope this explanation clarifies things.

    Hello ive had a withdrawal for the amount of 2800.40 from February 22, 2007 I got this email on April 4, 2007:

    Dear Catherine,

    As you know, the processing company that were working
    with has been trying to get your funds back to you through
    ACH and has been unsuccessful due to banking regulations
    in the US.

    As such, we have decided to reverse your withdrawal back into
    your account. This will reflect in your account within 24 hours.
    This move enables you to receive your funds, by using one of the
    following easy options:

    1) Click2Pay or EcoCard. These are our preferred banking methods.

    2) Check. This option can take up to 12 business days.

    I do understand that this situation is not the best situation, but please bear
    with us and know that we are doing all we can to return your money in a timely manner.

    Remember, if you have any questions about which option is right for you, feel free
    to contact our VIP Support Team today.

    Once again, I apologize for the delays and thank you in advance for your patience.

    The funds were reversed back into my account and i made a withdrawal through my eco card but the factory says since this is Easter weekend my funds wont be in my eco account until the 10th of April. Im praying that this is going to be the end of this issue with them and its in my account as they say it will be.

    12 days for a check???? Since when??????

    I can't believe they are quoting 12 business days for a check, when they are telling everyone else "21 business days", which is DOUBLE!! Please let us know if this does get resolved with your EcoCard...I just opened an eco account and would like to know if it works....thanks

    I do hope this helps i know how frustrating all this can be, but in March i had a 3000.00 withdrawal i know i flushed my account out on a Friday night but don't remember the date well the funds were in my Eco account the very next day (Sat.) then i made a withdrawal from my Eco card to my bank which took 48 hours. So all together it took about 4 to 5 days with not one problem at all.
