I made a withdrawal with jackpot factory way back in February of 07 for 1000 dollars. I still have not received a dime of that, every time I call I get the same run around saying that the money is held up by a bank and that they have no way of paying me my withdrawal. Months upon months pass by with out a single email updating me of the status of my withdrawal. Has anyone else had or been having this problem with this casino?? I have tried searching the web for answers but I haven't found much. Are my winnings lost forever????

You should proceed directly to the PAB stage. Jackpot Factory did have a huge problem around that time, and it took some months to sort out the mess. It seems that NOT being a member here till now has lead to you being excluded from their best efforts in sorting this out. Often, a comment is made along the lines "what about all those players who don't know about this forum....." when it comes to such problems being sorted out.

Since Jackpot Factory are actively accepting US players even now, they should have been addressing this issue. Clearly, when this length of time has passed, it is simply not good enough for them to continue to take the view that it will "sort itself out given time" which they seem to have done. They tried this approach back in Feb 07, and it got them through to the summer, but then our patience began to wear thin, and they are SUPPOSED to have long since sorted this episode out.

A PAB (Pitch A Bitch - links to the left), will allow a proper investigation with your personal account details with the casino at a higher level than the CS that seem to be repeating the same excuse over and over again.
It is very hard to make payments to US players, and you may have to accept payment by an inconvenient method, maybe by Quicktender, and it may be problematic getting the money back into your bank.

I have been playing there regularly and have been paid several times, usually within a day or 2 after a flush.

I have found the customer support to be 100% better recently

I also use Quicktender, they have my money transferred quickly

I have been there a couple of years, didn't play for about 8 months or so, on my first cashout after the break I had to resend documents but after that it has been smooth.

By the way, feb. 07

Thats a year and a half ago.

The jackpot rep here is Emma and she has been most helpful to me, try sending her a PM.

Thank you for everyones help with this issue I'm having, I wish I would have known about this website sooner. I have just been calling and emailing but I get the same answers and the same automatic replies every time. I have been in contact with David Brickman at Jackpot Factory but he hasn't been much help either, he gives me the same run around.
I just PAB, so we will see how that goes.

Thanks again, I will keep you posted.

You are already at a high level with him, he was in the firing line when this problem erupted, and gave assurances that all players caught up would be paid, but it would take time. It has long since been "time", and it is about time this circular run-around stopped. If they cannot pay SOME US players at all, then they had better stop pretending it is now "business as usual" with the rest of them. The nature of these problems with US players is that they can come along at any time, and with little or no warning. US players are relying on the bond of trust that despite these dificulties, Jackpot Factory will find a new way to make payments. Since they are currently paying out smoothly, they HAVE found a way to do this, and should be using it to ensure players that got caught in the various backlogs get paid.

If they are simply giving "stalling" replies, this is wrong, they should be looking at ways to move this forward, and it really should NOT take publicity on this forum to make them sit up & take notice. They must be judged on how they have dealt with this player between Feb 07 and now (Aug 08), as well as what they are "suddenly able to do" now that this case has been exposed to the harsh glare of publicity. Whatever they say can be done now, should have been done way back last Summer between this player and Jackpot Factory.

If everything is on the up and up you should get paid in short order, seems that reputable or accredited casino's all of a sudden pay when negs are posted here.

Truly sorry to hear of your trouble Dharris27, and welcome to the forum BTW! :D

Have JF ever given any reason for nonpayment, other than they are having trouble facilitating it to you? I mean this has been going on since Feb 2007? Seems payment could have been made in that amount of time.............

A PAB to maxd will surely clear this up quickly. Good luck to you. :)

Or go to the eCOGRA.org website and lodge an online dispute - JF is an accredited casino with this organisation and will therefore be quickly responsive to enquiries from the FGA.

I withdrew thursday the 28th

It was in my QT account this afternoon.

They are 100% as far as I am concerned.

It's hard to win it, it shouldn't be hard to collect it!

I agree Catrina, I just don't understand how they can hold money, my fair winnings for so long. Even if it is true and the bank put a hold on my withdrawal, that is in no way my fault and there for a should not have to suffer. They should just go ahead and pay me and when the bank removes the hold then they will get that money back, why should I have to wait? It is so ridiculous! I have no choice but to feel like I have been ripped off. I have been nothing but a loyal customer to them, who has deposited far more then I am asking to withdrawal. I still haven't heard anything back, how long does it usually take to get a response? Sorry to go off on a rant but I just feel so used and abused.

Thanks again for everyone's support.

Emma( jacpot rep) doesn't seem to have checked it, if you don't mind I will ask live support to read this thread. Not guaranteed they will, but I will ask and post what they say.

Seems like you would know......a year and a half later.....whether your bank has released the hold or not. Do you have a bank statement (we don't need to see it:D) showing that the funds involved were ever sent to your bank?

During this period we had paid the funds of withdrawals to the US Banks to players when the US House of Representative passed some legislation which caused the banks to stop the transfer and our attorneys have been involved opposite the US banks for them to pass the monies on to our players.
catrina
Thank You jake, I understand the difficulties with US players but this needs attention, Thank You
Jake
Our casino management has been endeavoring to have the banks transfer the players monies that we had already paid out to them from us to the banks
Jake
Catrina if you read the comments of other players such as yourself you will see that we daily make payments to our many loyal players all over the world.
Jake
Occasionally there are glitches as in any system but we strive to make sure that our players receive their payments on time and as quickly as possible
Jake
We have advised many of our players in the US of ways to make deposits and withdrawals by safer and more efficient means

Looks like the "brush off" again, although Jake cannot say too much because you are not the party involved.

If management have been aware of this all along, and confirm this is related to the 2007 payment problems, it looks like Jake is saying there are a number of players who are STILL WAITING for their Feb 2007 payments.

The statement from Jake confirms that JF have decided at a high level that there is NO WAY they will make good these funds from their own pockets, but will leave the players to wait for the legal process to work. Well, it won't, under current rules no legal action in the US is going to release these funds, and taking action will only make the DoJ aware of this matter, and the funds will move from being held to being seized.

This seems contrary to assurances from David Brickman that these players would NOT be made to suffer because the processor or banks have gone AWOL with the money.
American players need to consider this, as what happened in 2007 could happen again, and JF may well take the same attitude that once they have forwarded the money through their processors, it becomes the player's risk at this point, and if it gets seized or put on hold, the best they can expect is JF attourneys to put pressure on the banks.

Since JF are currently active in the US market, it is THEY who should be ensuring that players are NOT out of pocket because of this, and if the risk becomes too great for them to make this assurance, they should pull out of the US market rather than continue taking deposits where the risk to the player of not getting paid is so hard to quantify.

JF should reissue these payments another way, and then get their attourneys to press not for forwarding the held funds, but for their return to JF.
JF are taking a considerable risk here, as it seems the lid on this has just blown, and we are becoming aware that there are a number of players STILL waiting after a year and a half, and maybe this problem is far more widespread than we had believed, and not necessarily just for JF. Players affected might well become frustrated enough to take their OWN "legal action" over this, and what holds them back is probably the fact they would have to disclose the nature of their DEPOSITS to their banks, and this would stop them from being able to continue playing. There may come a time when some of these players decide they have been so ripped off that they want closure on online gambling, and that perhaps the government were right after all. Once they approach their banks, the "illegal" tranasactions will come to light, and the banks will probably attempt to reverse them on the grounds that they were duped into paking them illegally. This will deal a blow to current working processors, and be a bigger hit to the casinos than if they were to ensure these players were paid, and out of this thorny process, leaving it to their attourneys to sort out between the banks and the casinos.

OP should make a PAB right now, so that a proper exchange between Max and JF can hopefully bring an end to this 18 month wait.
