I wish to bring to public a gentleman behavior of Jackpot Factory management and their spokeperson here - David.
Initially I've had some small misunderstanding with support team there and asked David to look into it.
What I expected is some kind of verbal/written confirmation of my statements. You know how it is going at most of casinos, where you are replied by template answers over and over after your concrete questions.
After asking David to look into it I have rewarded not only by his reply that my statements are right, but also with a reward. Kind of reward, I truly wasn't and shouldn't expect.
All in all, it is not about money in this post but realy about a way how some casino group treat their customers.
