I should clarify - as Natomas surmised, I was talking about the banning email.

I suspect, however, that Dirk is talking about some sort of promotion for Super Tuesday (or whatever it's called) - and I didn't get that email either, despite being one of their oldest players. The promotion is open to all - an email is not required.

What largeeyes was talking about, though, was opening a new account! I'm not quite sure that the Super Tuesday promotion is directly related to the bannings, though inevitably there is probably some connection.

Spear is exactly right. I am speaking only of the NORMAL sign-up bonus that is advertised on their site all the time. This wasn't any sort of special promotion. In fact, it was specifically set up for new customers who came in via their website and even banned blackjack I believe. So you had to play a high risk of ruin game like Video Poker.

Ok, my mistake. I misunderstood.

I do know that quite a few players were banned right after last Tuesday's Super Tuesday promotion. If fact, many were banned the following day.

Oh, I did and they apologized and said I would be removed from their mailings right away. I guess as of yesterday my business is no longer welcome there. Between them and the CasinoRewards clan, micrograming is getting a clan of oddball casinos.

As just an interesting afterword to this, I was just made a Platinum VIP at a Casino Action casino(am already Gold at their others). I am also VIP at FL.....yet am banned from promos here. Pretty funny stuff.

Easy VIP

Getting Platinum VIP at Casino Action is easy - far too easy really. It seems that deposits of $1000 to $2000 gets Silver, Gold kicks in at around $3000+ and Platinum Between $5000 and $6000. I got Gold at UK Casino Club, and Got Platinum later the same day!!!! Seems mainly related to gross deposit. It seems a lot harder at Phoenician though, I suspect it really is done at VIP review level rather than being flagged by the software and CS sending it out.

Currently VIP status at Casino Action has no real benefit - VIP Customer Service means getting reply in 15 mins instead of a quarter of an hour

I have not come across another operation that gives such prompt responses to E-mails. BelleRock is around 2 days, Jackpot Factory is similar, but both these DO have phone support.

Yeah, there are no good things except the welcome bonus at the new level, to moving up in level at CA. I am still bummed at being banned at Jackpot Factory however.

Jackpot City is Belle Rock. I don't mean to say this rudely, but not sure how else to say it. What's your point? I didn't see Jackpot City mentioned. The letter in big ALL JACKPOTS logoing on the envelope was from All Jackpots, a Jackpot Factory casino. I went to chat with them on their live help, but after about half hour + I am still only 4th in line.
