Jimbo, are you on NTL?
They have a default SPAM filter and it spots all Jackpot Factory E-mails as SPAM and deletes them. Other UK ISPs may be doing the same. from the UK 0800 917 9087 (All Jackpots) and 0800 917 4615 (All Slots). Their UK player base is tiny compared to the US, and they are not giving us the standard of service that they offer their main US market.
I am VIP there, and am having a hell of a time with my cash-ins to Neteller. They seriously need to put systems in place to address their smaller markets, which may become their main market if the US Senate get their way in the end!
To make a first withdrawal you may well be asked for a photo ID (Drivers Licence will do), and images of any cards used to make deposits. Given that you have to give a contact phone no on registration they DO have another means to contact you, and should have tried this in case you were not getting the E-mails.
Try also sending a PM to "Jackpot Factory" on this board. I have rattled his cage somewhat, and you should now get a reply in about a week.
Other routes to try are eCogra and Pitch a Bitch, but these should not be necessary - but after 4 months I can feel for your frustration, this is far too long to resolve something.
The most likely reason for your withdrawal being put back into your account is the system detecting an outstanding WR. Players are sometimes given random, and sometimes small, bonuses. You will not necessarily notice, and this will be enough to ruin any tracking of WR you may be doing.
You will not see bonuses credited in Cashcheck, they appear as adjustments in the Playcheck logs, and damn hard to find if you are playing at the time they are credited. This is a shortcoming in MG Playcheck - it does not seem to let you filter on bonus credits as it does on games, but one trick is to use the filter and select a game you NEVER play and then select detailed view. You will either have no entries, or will see the bonus additions, including a description of the promotion they relate to. This may be of little help though as 4 months have passed, and the records may have purged.
