Has anyone had a problem with JF taking extra deposits from their debit cards lately?? I made 4 $50 deposits and according to my online banking records, they are attempting 5 $50 deposits. I have checked and rechecked the cashcheck feature and sure enough only 4 deposits in this amount have been initiated by me. I emailed them a copy of my online banking page and they acknowledge that I only made four deposits. David Brickman, if you are out there, I suggest you get in touch with me ASAP about this. If no resolution by Tues. AM (Pacific time), I will dispute the charge with my bank and it will be good bye to your group forever. I spend thousands of dollars with you guys and this is the treatment I get??? I don't want some BS excuse that we will credit your account, or we're so sorry, whatever! I didn't initiate the transaction, I don't want your double talk, just make it right or F off!!

Be careful all, if it happened to me, it can happen to you. Awaiting your full and complete explanation and resolution.

Please PM Brickman if you haven't already done so.

And I agree that everyone should closely monitor their account deposits. It's too easy for things to go wrong, and too damn hard to get them straightened out.

This happened to me around the beginning of the year. There were two extra $100 deposits that I hadn't made, and I didn't even realize it until weeks after it had happened and my checking account was mysteriously low - and a snowball effect of overdraft charges followed.

I emailed their support and sure enough, a couple days later, there were two $100 refunds, but I received no reply from them and no word about the overdraft fees it caused me.

I PM'ed David Brickman and he got it squared away ASAP. Make sure you PM him - being polite will help - and he'll take care of you.

Can I just add something incase

A few weeks ago I made 3 $20 deposits to a casino, Im not naming them because it wasnt their fault and I felt bad because I was ready to jump down their throats

I FIRST live chatted and asked CS "how many money w/d from my acct to your casino do I have in the last 3 days. She said 3. I told her that I have 6 on my bank statement. She told me to look at my history and their were only 3 as well.

So now Im thinking someone is stealing from the casino. Guess What? It was my own bank double withdrawling in error. It happened to all of the bank customers and it took a few days to fix.

So, Im just suggesting........as SW said, please be polite before you accuse someone because I felt really bad but even though I thought it was them, once they found out it was my bank, they still emailed me and said they were happy that it was resolved and they were sorry I had to go through that.

While I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt initially, I am not going to jump through hoops over JF's mistake. I have sent my bank log info to them, they acknowledge that I only made the 4 $50 deps., and they now have about 24hours for it all to be fixed. I don't believe they can. I believe they will offer to credit me the $50 to my account which is beside the point. The point is they seem to have a history of doing things like this (not just JF, but others as well) THE point is, it is stealing even if it is a mistake. I will not therefore be PMing David. While I do appreciate that he responds, he seems to be overwhelmed with problems as it takes him at least 3 days to respond in the past. By this time, the money will have been removed from my account and I will have no recourse. Short of some miraculous action on JFs part, tomorrow AM I will go to my bank and dispute the charge, close the account and open a new one. Simple as that. As you can guess, I am pissed off about this and JF needs to fix it ASAP (read: NOW!!!) As I said in the initial post, I have spent many thousands of dollars with them and never had a withdrawl, but that is another issue for another time. FIX IT JF OR YOU WILL BE THE LOSER IN THE LONG RUN.

I never had to provide my bank info. I emailed them once my own investigation had determined that they were the source. I told them my personal records matched PlayCheck perfectly, yet my bank account had an extra $200 debited against it from their processor.

The $200 was refunded back to my debit card (they did not credit my casino account with the $200 - that would have been unacceptable). I then PM'ed David Brickman to ask about the overdraft fees. He took care of that within a couple days.

When I emailed them I told them that I could provide my banking info if they needed it. Clearly they didn't need it.

Apparently the CS people I talked to required a shot of my online banking log so that I could prove that the extra deposit was taken. Still no word from them and time is ticking away. Tomorrow A.M. all will be resolved on my end. This will be a good size loss to JF as I spend alot of money with them.
Unfortunately, I will no longer be playing with them if I don't hear something quickly. Tick, tick, tick.........

Hey Slotswizard, you mentioned that it happened to you and they refunded it to your debit card? If that is so, any ideas on why they can't refund withdrawls the same way??? Something smells awfully rotten to me.

remember

the banks are closed today so everything takes an extra day. I really hope it works out for you because if you spend alot of money, it just doesnt seem worth to them to take only a small portion of what you spend.

I was freaking over $60 so I can just imagine the angst your feeling.

I would think so too babs, just bad business decision to mess me around over this. I'm not too concerned by it though. The worst that will happen is I will have to close the account so they can't take the cash. Still, a hassle to go to the bank and dance around why I want the transactions not paid. I guess I'll have to tell them I am having a dispute with the company I made the purchase from and be vague about what it is. Gambling is evil you know HAHAHHAHA! I'll let you know what happens. (I did take earlier advice and PM Brickman about it, we'll see what happens.)

May just have to wave good bye to this whole thing as stuff like this points out what a potential fools game these sites pose. I can drive 30 minutes to an indian casino, but I really like the online slots games. Just don't like them enough to go through this crap!!

I think they were able to refund it because they were unauthorized transactions that were initiated on their end. The reason why they can't do that for withdrawals on a regular basis is because it's against MasterCard rules.

Well David, still waiting on word from you about the misappropriated deposit. I have PMed you about this, and still no response. I realize it is only $50, but it has caused my gaming account to become overdrawn. Tomorrow you will get the two $30 deposits returned to you as NSF, caused by your company through no fault of my own. You now owe me $100. $50 for the extra deposit you guys took, and $50 for the two $30 ones that are being returned. (My bank charges me $25 for each overdrawn item.)

I'd sure like to resolve this amicably, but when problems come up that is when your organization should be at it's finest. Right now, you are far from it.

I stand to lose a hundred bucks, you stand to lose your reputation. I would hope it would be worth more than that to you. I'm sure you feel I am not being patient, but when I call your support and all they can tell me is that it is being looked into, I feel kind of alone in the desert. As I mentioned to you in my last PM that is so far unanswered, I am too good of a customer to be treated so poorly. A wise business man would do the right thing. I believe you are a wise business man David, do the right thing please.

NO REPLY

Hi again all. Well, still no word from JF about this issue. I am currently on hold for about the 20th minute listening to symphony music with their CS. At first this whole thing really irked me, now I'm just determined that something good comes from all this. Since I will probably eat the $100 I'm out, I now want to let you all follow this experience that I am having so you can judge for yourself just how responsive the JF folks are.

I don't like airing this in public so to speak, but I have tried all other avenues to get some action and I have apparently been ignored. I have called, emailed, attempted live chat and PMd David with no response to any of these attempts. The really sad part is, that I really don't think they intentionally tried to rip me off for the $50, that makes no sense. If they were up to no good, it would be for alot more. What really bothers me is that David Brickman comes on here touting himself as the man of action at JF, and does nothing but tell me he'll look into it ASAP. Seems JF has a different idea of ASAP than the average person. Bryan, if you're out there please let me know if you would be willing to intercede in this mess. The amount of money is neglible, the continued good standing of this group is huge. This is the first time they have done this so I am sure it is a mistake, why can't they just fix it and be done with it? The biggest reason this has upset me so is that the account that I use for gaming had enough funds to cover the legitimate deposits I made. They took an extra one causing two smaller deposits to be returned to them as NSF. I just want them to fix it so I don't have to go to the bank and explain why I'm overdrafting my account.

Sorry if this is boring some of you guys, I know it's my problem. But this is a watchdog site of sorts and you should all be aware of the way this is going down. Hopefully it will get sorted out to everyone's satisfaction. You know, I could have gone to the bank and disputed this, but I took David Brickman at his word. David, silence is not golden in this situation. Look forward to some word from JF, anything at this point!

Boring us?

Dont even think that (in my case anyway) That's what this forum is for, if everyone kept their mouth shut there wouldnt even be a rogue list (not saying JP should be rogued, just a point)

What I don't get is how stupid some of these places are. If I were a manager and knew that a customer of mine spent tons and tons of money at my casino and then emailed me about a $50 mistake I made, OMG...I would pay it back and ask questions later. Even if I found out that it was a scam or not my mistake, I could always confiscate $50 of the next deposit along with a letter and proof that it wasnt my error after all.

I know......someone in here is gonna say "if he did that then everyone would say they lost $50".....Ahhh but your wrong, you know why? because if I paid the $50 in the first place, there would be no discussion about it on the forum.

Thanks babs. Yeah, no doubt about it their priorities seem screwed up over at JF. On Brickman's 5th reel blog (I think that's what it is called) he touts that he is there to help the customers, etc. Strange that he would say that considering I have sent 3 PMs about this and still not one reply. They know they owe me, they have the proof that I am not scamming them, and yet they do nothing. Sorry David, but if you are the manager and know about this situation and still haven't addressed it, I wouldn't let you even manage a dairy queen for gods sake! I don't mean to be so rude to you, but your lack of action after we all thought you were a great asset here, reflects very poorly on you and your group. It is a mistake David. You guys made a mistake, we are all human. Please don't make it appear any more sinister than a simple mistake. Hell, I even talked my bank into putting through the two $30 deposits that should have been returned to you unpaid because I trusted you would deal with this quickly. We all appreciate your presence here at this forum, but if it is all talk, you know the saying........

Money talks, Bullshit walks!!

Awaiting your reply....still.........

Just spoke to a JF CS person who now says that it was my bank and not their processor that screwed up. Funny, considering that the transactions were all posted as paid last night!! This group will not take responsibility for their own screw ups! It was their processor, they are responsible! At this point I told them to deposit the money in my account as fully cashable and I will then let this go. I am not going to win and I really just want to see how much crap they give me about cashing out! This is bad business and downright stupid on their part. ROGUE TIME FOR JACKPOT FACTORY!!

Buyer beware! THis is now almost criminal!! They told me how valuable a player I am to them and then blamed it on me, CLASSIC!!

i also thought that the Spokesman would response to PM he get, but i must determine that's not the case.

i don't know why it's so but i think the propriety offered is to answer at least, equal whether the problem can be solved or is solved in the meantime, it's on you David.

All I know at this point Zodiac is that my bank paid their processor for all 5 of the $50 transactions. I want to believe that their processor made a mistake and did not pay them the 5 deposits, only 4. Still, it is their processor and therefore their responsibility. I have done all I can do on my end. Even allowed the transaction to go through because I thought perhaps this group had some integrity. Right is on my side, I can only hope it will prevail.

I'm now expecting David to come on here and gloss it over as "Sorry mate, I was on vacation. I will look into it ASAP!" (Sure, Uh-huh). Or something similar. Again members, especially long timers, I have to keep this thread alive as so much more than my money is at stake. Hope you'll all bear with me on this and keep an eye out before depositing with JF until this is cleared up. Thanks for your patience.

i read your point and can understand that you're annoying, but only D.B. can answer it, if he like

no, i don't think that he come here and say: sorry, i was on vacation, he must have another idea :D

i'm sure that he read all, his last viewing and reply was on 4th September. you know it.

what i wanted to say is, that he is not only not replying to you, i received also no reply, also if it's working now correct at me.

it's so easy to answer anyone, Hi, i have read your PM, but it takes a longer time to look into it, or something else, it makes no much work.

hope that he would response soon to you

I had a similiar problem with this group about a year ago... a deposit that did not "go through" on there end... but was debited from my Instadebit account. Customer support was indifferent about this... told me it could take 24 hours to show up... but said they would e-mail me as soon as it was available.

I checked the account 12 hours later... the money was now in my casino account... but I never did get an e-mail from customer support with an acknowledgment that the funds were now available... much less an explanation or any apology for my inconvenience.

I chose to never deposit with them again... and soon after I uninstalled the casino.

I can see that little has changed with them over the past year.
