Jackpot City - Impossible to withdraw winnings

It is impossible to get my money out of here. After successfully winning a few dollars after playing for a few weeks - they have told me "I will never be paid out"

It started with the usual - requesting long lists of ID from me, which was a hasslle, but I eventually provided everything they requested. They told me my withdrawal would now be processed within 24 hours.

After 48 hours still nothing, so I enquired again, when they told me that I am unable to withdraw funds until I have wagered x20 the value of my inital deposit - even though I never recieved a bonus. So, I gambled my $70 2o times to meet this requirement - after much protest. This actually paid off as I now have $120. Then when I phoned up to make the withdrawal request, they told me I would not be paid until I provided more ID. I informed them I had already provided this, of which they denied. I swore at the customer service guy and hung up. I later received an email telling me that my account has been suspended indefinately because I had been rude to a member of their staff. Now when I call up or email, I just receive a reply saying my account has been closed. Of course, I have not received my cash!!

yeah have contacted them thanks. To be honest I am so pssied of with them I don't care about waiting before going public. I am attending the upcoming conferences in Vegas as an affiliate, and if i see anyone from Jackpot city (i will be searching for them) i am gonna spark them out

oops! Shouldn't have done that. I can check into this, but it probably won't do any good. If someone told me to eff off - and then hang up, I don't think I'd help them either.

Being cool, calm, and collective will get you much further than being a hot-head.

It sounds like you have had a bad experience. It certainly sounds strange that you had to provide ID verification on such a small withdrawal, and that you had to meet wager requirements without having received a bonus.

Please PM your account number to me and I will follow-up and sort this out. I must point out that this is probably a simple misunderstanding that can be easily rectified.

The term used spark them out is not familiar to me, however from reading nafanny29s post it appears to indicate violence. I can assure you that should any violent action be taken against any representative of our organization the perpetrator will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I trust that the term was simply misinterpreted, and actually means to engage in meaningful discussion

This cannot possibly be a simple misunderstanding. Either xzibit is exaggerating a lot, or you are being way too loose with your description of the situation.

Belle tried something similar on my friend. He played back in June or July when blackjack was allowed on their bonuses. He played threw and withdrew with no problems. Recently he played with a $500 deposit and was up a little bit and cashed out. They gave him all kinda of hell that tooks days to straighten out that he needed to meet the WR on that bonus way back when on SLOTS because BJ wasn't allowed now. Eventually it got straightened out, but it's ridiculous that these sort of things happen at all.
