It is impossible to get my money out of here. After successfully winning a few dollars after playing for a few weeks - they have told me "I will never be paid out"
It started with the usual - requesting long lists of ID from me, which was a hasslle, but I eventually provided everything they requested. They told me my withdrawal would now be processed within 24 hours.
After 48 hours still nothing, so I enquired again, when they told me that I am unable to withdraw funds until I have wagered x20 the value of my inital deposit - even though I never recieved a bonus. So, I gambled my $70 2o times to meet this requirement - after much protest. This actually paid off as I now have $120. Then when I phoned up to make the withdrawal request, they told me I would not be paid until I provided more ID. I informed them I had already provided this, of which they denied. I swore at the customer service guy and hung up. I later received an email telling me that my account has been suspended indefinately because I had been rude to a member of their staff. Now when I call up or email, I just receive a reply saying my account has been closed. Of course, I have not received my cash!!
