So I pop £100 in and head over to live chat. "That Promotion ended at 7am today" "But we can give you a fantastic 20%", I told them that they are misleading people, she ignored me and says "Best I can do is an AMAZING 50%" "Ill put it in now", Told them to stop sending me nonsense. I have requested a withdrawal for my £100 back. Hopefully wont have any issues.

Only played here 3 times and lost every time lol. What I don't like here is they try to make you increase your deposit for more bonus. Isnt this sort of encouraging you to just gamble over your head? Not very Gamcare

Anyone else had any silliness from these guys?

This is why when I had Viper download accounts with MG, I would always go on live chat and check BEFORE depositing. It happens quite frequently.

Yep all the time, I do not take um up on them low, Lucky nuggert is also there, I think there are sister sites, Had about 5 sms of them sinse friday stating 100% all weekend

Report it to the ASA. They can only rap knuckles, but they have a very big ruler.

The fact that your account number is quoted shows it came directly from them.

The complaint should be based on the use of the wording "this weekend", as it is understood that the term "weekend" has a specific meaning of being the days Saturday and Sunday, and as the casino is open on a Sunday, the offer should be honoured.

Instead, the CS rep has tried to use this as an opportunity to "bait and switch", which is now expressly outlawed in the new Unfair Business Practices Act.

This is very poor and all Jackpot City are doing is making themselves look a bit shady and tight fisted here.

Re your other point, I can confirm you can get decent wins from smallish deposits at Jackpot City. I turned an opening deposit of 47 into a withdrawal of 500 last month, and the bit in their T & Cs that says they can limit your first withdrawal at discretion (to 6xdeposit) didn't raise its ugly head, though obviously it would be better if that wasn't in the terms at all.

They do spam my mobile hard (ie every day) with weak deposit bonuses though. Never 100 percent, always in the 25-75% region.

had same issues

same crap offers never really there had it with this casino group and even worse with red flush group im getting quite annoyed with it as soon as a offer isnt there now and they wont honour it i remove them from my list of where i play.
i had the worst fu$k about with a certain casino group 2 chat sessions and over 90 mins all up to get what they offered
and then the play through amount diddnt clear correctly between the deposit bonus and free spins at that point i was so irate from the mess about and so tired
i just gave up i diddnt want to waste 2 hours on chat for a fix im not returning there

Let's not mess about here. It's an out and out 'spirit of the bonus' term.

I never run into problems with these terms because I only play slots and Cyberstud, so I'm patently not an advantage pleyer.
If you play Blackjack especially if you use some kind of progressive system, then that rule would have you sweating it on any withdrawal attempt.

Jackpot City is Digimedia and judging by the scale of the Digimedia aquisitions in that other thread, it seems sadly logical to assume that almost all Microgaming Viper casinos are likely to be returning to this retrogressive 'spirit of the bonus' state of affairs.
