Payout Time Correction jackpot city cashout time

it is mentioned that jackpot city cashout time is 48hours, however this is not correct.
I have withdrawals pending and they have just told me that it will take 96 hours(working days only).
On their site they also mention 48 hours.

never had a withdrawl in 48hrs

usually if its close to the weekend we will get it the next wed/thurs

if we withdraw beginning of week will get it by end of week

typically thats the way it has worked for us

It's actually 10 days for what they consider "large withdrawals".

On the website the time if weekends are included is 72 hours. 96 working days is something different yet again. They seem to be making it up as they go along. Maybe they have introduced a new category for "medium withdrawals" now, giving it 96 hours or 4 working days (add two actual days if this spans a weekend?).

That's if they pay, there is now a thread that suggests they are now using what appears to be "spirit of the bonus" to deny payment. This case should become clearer soon as the poster has been encouraged to Pitch A Bitch.

it sure does seem like they are changing the time for withdrawals as they please.
Also, after me asking them why it takes 96hrs when their website says 48hrs. Shortly after, i got a call from them asking me for my documentation which they say they have not received however i have a habit of sending my info the same time i sign up and i do not make a deposit untill the casino confirms my documents are ok. But never the less i immediately sent the requested id and utility bill again.
Luckily i did not use a bonus on this deposit.
will keep you updated on when i get my winnings.
i chose this casino from the accredited list expecting to get the service i have come to expect from an accredited casino, however it could be i am spoilt in this matter as i usually play 32red and it three sister casinos and ladbrokes from whom i always gett my money in 6 hours.

update

just got an update, my papers are ok and the withdrawal was processed earlier today to my neteller and it will take 24-48hrs to reflect on my account.

i just checked my neteller and the money is there :)

therefore it took less than 24hrs.

i am not sure why i was told 96hrs(working days)

but i am a happy camper

however its better who pays within less than 24 hours

Echeque I find they take up to 48 hrs. 24hrs to hold and let you think about reversing the widthdraw then another 24hr to transfer and see it in your bank account. Mind you I have only done widthdraws under $500 so larger ones could take more time.

they paid me 6000 € within a week to credit card,( althoug i did have to resend id and bill when i already had done it) they were allways good to me, the only problem is the wd reversal and weekend, thursday to monday i blew my winnings a couple of times just because i was impatient to w8 for the cash.

Jackpotcity still do not pay my withdrawal

I played in Jackpotcity for a couple of years.Nothing problem ,until my latest withdrawal of 25 November 2014 amounting $1207.00.
According to Jackpotcity they had paid on 28 November 2014 using swift.But I never receive the money until today.
Many email as well as chating had been done,the answer was wait and wait again.Some email was replied but more is going ashtray.
Casinomeister accredited this casino,but the way they treat me is not really proffesional.
There was no firm solution,only wait,give us more time etc.

There is no progression regarding my unpaid withdrawal.He only stated 'we will contact you if there is a news from the processor'.
No specific date could be promised.1 day 1 week or 1 year.
Jackpotcity seemed had no more responsible to my withdrawal.
Stuart said that Jackpotcity did not have my money.It went to the processor already.
How do I know that processor?I only dealt with Jackpotcity.
Very unlikely Jackpotcity pay my withdrawal.
Any body can advise what I must do?
To report to gaming commission?
Very frustrated had been treated like this by an accredited casino!Never happened with other casinos even they are not in accredited list!

Today Anzhella the support player call me,informing that my banker rejected the money which transfered by the processor (??).
She gave an option to transfer it to my Visa,I agreed.
So I can say the problem is solved,after over one month of confusion,many exchanges of emails and chating.

My previous statement that the problem was solved,actually wrong.

If you make a small verification deposit with your new VISA, then this should enable the processor to pay back to it. If they start claiming this is also impossible, then they are stalling over something as this is the routine procedure for connecting and verifying a new deposit and/or withdrawal method.

If you can't figure out why the initial bank withdrawal was rejected, you cannot have any confidence that the same problem will not affect another attempt, even with a different bank.

Entropay is a pre paid virtual VISA card, so not a web wallet.

What Jackpot City refer to are "proper" web wallets like Neteller or Skrill. You will have to sign up, get your account verified, but above all check that they allow "gambling transactions" from your country, else you will end up with restricted non gambling use accounts to which Jackpot City will still not be able to pay this withdrawal.

If this is so difficult for them, maybe it's time for you to find a new venue. If other places can pay back to your original choice, then the problem is more likely to be their processor, rather than your bank, something like getting the bank routing codes or account details wrong, even if a very minor error.
