There is no progression regarding my unpaid withdrawal.He only stated 'we will contact you if there is a news from the processor'.
No specific date could be promised.1 day 1 week or 1 year.
Jackpotcity seemed had no more responsible to my withdrawal.
Stuart said that Jackpotcity did not have my money.It went to the processor already.
How do I know that processor?I only dealt with Jackpotcity.
Very unlikely Jackpotcity pay my withdrawal.
Any body can advise what I must do?

Today Anzhella the support player call me,informing that my banker rejected the money which transfered by the processor (??).
She gave an option to transfer it to my Visa,I agreed.
So I can say the problem is solved,after over one month of confusion,many exchanges of emails and chating.

Today I had a chat with Cay Linn,the support player.
Jackpotcity still donot pay the withdrawal,even I had agreed the money will be sent to my Visa.
Now Jackpotcity said that I had not deposited the last 6 months with Visa.Ofcourse because my visa was just replaced with a new one due to the losing card.In this emergency case still Jackpotcity gave some ridiculous reasons.
Jackpocity asked me to open web wallet,I had an account in Entropay,but Jackpotcity said it was not web wallet.
Jackpotcity on purpose to delay or not at all willing to pay my withdrawal.Their reason that my banker rejected the money was a lie.
Jackpotcity never showed me the copy of transfer.I received some transfer from Jackpotcity in the past,there was no rejection.
I currently still receive transfer from another parties,my account is not blocked.
Now I insist Jackpocity to pay to another banker.
My previous statement that the problem was solved,actually wrong.

If you make a small verification deposit with your new VISA, then this should enable the processor to pay back to it. If they start claiming this is also impossible, then they are stalling over something as this is the routine procedure for connecting and verifying a new deposit and/or withdrawal method.
If you can't figure out why the initial bank withdrawal was rejected, you cannot have any confidence that the same problem will not affect another attempt, even with a different bank.
Entropay is a pre paid virtual VISA card, so not a web wallet.
What Jackpot City refer to are "proper" web wallets like Neteller or Skrill. You will have to sign up, get your account verified, but above all check that they allow "gambling transactions" from your country, else you will end up with restricted non gambling use accounts to which Jackpot City will still not be able to pay this withdrawal.
If this is so difficult for them, maybe it's time for you to find a new venue. If other places can pay back to your original choice, then the problem is more likely to be their processor, rather than your bank, something like getting the bank routing codes or account details wrong, even if a very minor error.
