Laurie, I agree and am happy that you started this thread.

Since they 're-organized' , I just feel that is seems kind of roguish, not saying they are but it is something that concerns me.

I don't like the "deposit 50 and play with 75!" deals they are now promoting. I prefer one is upfront with percentage and not sugar coat in this manner, I have seen rogue casinos phrase it that way.

I have played at JC for a few years, made it to Platinum, then now this.

Btw, the snail mail coupon I think, is not valid until October 13th?

The coupon for the "Ghost Hunt" 100% bonus up to $200 is not valid until the 13th, but there is a $50 Bonus entry coupon code in the letter that is good now.

Various reasons i never bothered much with RTG, but after years of receiving freechips, and the once in a blue moon deposit (like Chayton said) and the difference of their old terms vs the other RTG Casinos terms out there i found it well worth a go, and since i am depositing there a bit (still very little) more, i am getting more freebies, some with bigger max cash out and some i didn't even have to wager..

I am not as familiar as my friend Laurie, with the VIP program then and now, and not even with the terms, the only one i read and inquired about was the redeem two freechips in a row part, which to my knowledge JPC casinos were the only ones that didn't enforce it, or have it.

Now they do, and i p.m ed Yasmeen about it, who basically said their loyal players would of course be the exception..

I am still going to discuss the matter a bit more, but would also like her to reply here, as i am normally not too keen on rules that are negated at the Casinos discretion, unless i have cashed out more then once without fail, preferably also including the exception being applied to me as proof, or if my trust/relationship is like for instance with 32Red, where i basically don't even check terms or anything, just play and i know all is well always

But, i think, also like Chayton said, that they are protecting themselves from a lot of freechip abuse, as they are now a big group, and have many casinos, and in my opinion want to focus more on better offers, and i thought, better VIP programs.
hence why i would love to see Yasmeen (almost typed a T instead of Y, which instantly made me think up a silly nickname: "Yesmenian devil") react to the matter.

I for one, not being a VIP, am enjoying my time in the JPC group, but was also contemplating on representing them or not, and the outcome of this topic naturally affects that decision.

I think the whole idea was to increase loyalty rewards, and decrease non depositors or sporadic depositors offers which would make sense.
And for the record Laurie, i also am no fan of regression!
Long time loyalty should count for a lot.

I actually think it's quite fair for them to cut out the deadwood (like me) and give their depositing players (like you) the benefits they deserve. And I wondered if that would be the case - by having a tighter rein on the amount of money they hand out in free chips to players who don't really deposit, maybe the depositors will get better wagering and higher max cashouts too.

I had a site where I gave away free stuff and I had a 'donate' button where people could show their appreciation. Some people did donate every once in awhile, but for the most part they were like a swarm of locusts just grabbing everything they could without even saying thank you. I know it's a completely different thing than running a casino, my point is that maybe I'm more sympathetic to the casino side of things.

Anyhow sorry Laurie for derailing your thread a bit.

I played at Uptown Aces today and when I contacted C/S it was the same guy that also does JPC and we chatted about this for awhile and he did state to me that they(management ) were looking at the complaint about the new VIP system and would not just blow this off so to speak , so I am hoping they do restructure the program and give the loyal depositing players a break , come on 1500.00 every 3 months plus comp totals I forgot the number on that but that is just too damn high for most folks !

That may be 75x bonus only and not the deposit calculated into WR. If that is the case 150% bonus at 75x WR should equal 45xWR on bonus+deposit, still steep.

Maybe Jackpot Capital are not alone and a trend is developing with the VIP programmes being offered.I was a Gold Premium member at Betfred and got an email a few weeks ago saying they were 'restructuring' their VIP programme and suddenly I had been demoted to Bronze status.Whereas I used to get a weekly 100% deposit match bonus of up to £500 with wagering of d+b x 10.This has now dropped to a maximum of £50 and my comp points conversion rate has increased from 90 to 100.Suffice to say that Betfred do not get as much of my business any longer.

I thank you Yasmeen as you always prove to be a woman of your word , this is a true quality I admire in you and as I have posted many times in this thread.

I have one question and if you answer it , I will leave this issue alone! Do you think that 1500.00 every 3 months to stay in the VIP club is a bit much ?

The loyal players who some play daily maybe only depositing 20.00 or so per day but fail to get to that 1500.00 every quarter , are they not deserving of being called VIP players , I mean this in a sincere way , they are loyal to your casino and can be counted on monthly as depositing players , are they just as good as those players that you wish to retain and reward who may play several times in that quarter and deposit the said 1500.00 or more?

The small time depositors who deposit steadily are the bread and butter of any gaming arena period !
