well i am player member in is group for already 5 years always whiout problem . but in the last weeks i win money in jackpot capital but now they to alls me accounts in lucky club,grande vegas,and jackpot capital now not can use any type of bonuses, I won several times in recent weeks in various casinos as lucky club, big jackpot vegas and capital. In recent weeks all my accounts have suffered restrictions to the extent that my maximum bet for example on tables games is $ 5!

it seems unfair to punish you win them. This group prefers always lose money? or you win?

I am very disappointed in this group not understand why they like the player lost for can play ... bye jackpot capital

They sent me an advertisement via by post recently which made me quite angry but then I decided to give the non deposit bonus a try (since they seem to have my data anyway ). I was able to play it through with the max 250 $ cap and am very anxious to see if I will ever receive that money.

I noticed that the rep has not been online on Casinomeister for around 1 month, I`m not sure if that is a good sign.

They're usually pretty good for the money although if you're not up date on this recent debit/credit card fiasco, you may run in to some unexpected problems. Both of you need to be aware that WD back to your card is NOT an option at this point.

FWIW, I also have had my table limits fiddled with at this casino in particular. It seems a favorite trick is to increase the limit when you're on a losing jag, and turn around and lower it when you're on a winning tear.

(This kind of fiddling around pure unadulterated proof that RTG casinos do indeed have much more control over the software than is generally acknowledged. That's why when anybody goes on about the how casinos don't have control over the games, it drives me nuts.)

I too have found some of the reps at this site incredibly insensitive and unhelpful - they walk that fine line where they stop just short of what could fairly be called rude.

Consider switching over to Club World Group. They have a very active rep here who is a peach and their CSRs in general have been there a long time and are very friendly.

Ditto Slotter/Reelspin - except AFAIK rep is not active here, but they also have CSRs that are prompt and cheerful.

Puting a bonus ban on counts when winning is wrong, I know sites do it and thats up to them but to piss around with what your aloud to bet is some bad behaviour, Either have a set limit for all or not at all, They cannot turn around a limit bets as your on a roll, Any site that does this should be in the pit,

Casino's do have alot more control what they let on, Its up to them to choose max bet limit, If they want quick spin on the start button, and alot more things, Obvious there is some things what is impossible to change from the casino side such as the RTP but most other things than the casino has controll
