I deposited £20 into Jackpot247 and took their £90 bonus offer. I spun this up to a couple of hundred on Roulette upped my stakes, and covered the bonus requirements fairly easily.
I used my normal (generally not too successful) tactics of mixing up BLACK + ODD and/or 2nd COLUMN + various single numbers, corners etc. I made three withdrawals of
£200
£40
£75 for a total of £315.
Two days after my withdrawal I have received an email saying my withdrawal has been refused because I was using minimal risk tactics (see below). I don't understand this.
Email 1
You recently requested a withdrawal after receiving a bonus.
Please note that you did not comply with our bonus policy by partaking in minimal risk wagering tactics.
We have therefore declined your withdrawal request and returned the withdrawal amount to your account. You are kindly asked to wager an additional amount of 98.35% before requesting another withdrawal.
Note that the casino's management reserves the right to withhold winnings on same withdrawal requests that were declined for wagering more than 3 times, and in which there was no progress in fulfilling the wagering requirements between one withdrawal request to the other.
I then received this email about half an hour later.
Email 2
Thank you for playing Jackpot247.
After requesting a withdrawal our finance team perform a number of checks. Part of this involves checking if you received any bonuses and if you did, checking you adhered to the bonus terms. While wagering for a bonus you are not allowed to place any MINIMAL RISK bets. Some examples of these bets include covering the majority of the table or betting on even money outside bets. Unfortunately after checking our finance team have confirmed that you placed minimal risk bets while wagering with the bonus.
Jackpot247 reserves the right to void any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's account if minimal risk tactics were used. Unfortunately, this means that we have had to remove your bonus winnings.
We apologise for any misunderstanding and thank you for respecting the mutual interests of fair gaming at Jackpot247. We understand some players don't want to be restricted in their betting on roulette. If you would prefer we can opt you out of bonuses which means you'll play only with cash - meaning you can bet exactly as you please and withdraw at any time.
If you would like this explained to you further, please do not hesitate to contact the Jackpot247 Support Team.
Although this second email seems like my bonus winnings have been taken from my account, my £315 withdrawal has been put back in my account in my cash (as oppose to bonus) balance. But it isn't much use to me if I can't withdraw it. I wasn't trying to pull a fast one here, I was using my normal roulette tactics (albeit for bigger stakes than normal as once I'd won I was conscious of having to cover the bonus requirements before I could withdraw) and there were certainly plenty of numbers I could lose on (indeed I lost over half my balance at one stage when I hit an 18).
Anyone got any advice as to what my next step is to get my hands on this money?
