Yes, Ivy Affiliates have failed to pay a decent amount earned in December. After much ado on Skype with their rep, BS promises etc. they now claim affiliates will shortly receive an e-mail concerning 'Income Access issues' as an explanation, who they claim they have already sent the money to.

I am a bit sniffy about all this so am removing links, recommend you limit exposure too until issue is resolved!

Below is an e-mail they've cobbled together, blaming Income Access. I highly doubt this purported e-mail in italics is from IA!!! Looks like they've run out of money, perhaps due to them being named in the recent White Hat £1.3m UKGC 'donation'. Obviously they cannot admit they're broke, as partners (like I have) will remove their ads.
Given it's about 2-3 weeks since it usually gets paid, I highly doubt IA are that incompetent they can mess up the money they've allegedly been sent for that long - if things could go this wrong, they wouldn't be in business.

I suggest anyone promoting Ivy Aff casinos suspends their ads - something bad is happening here....

Dear Partners,

As you may be aware, we have been experiencing delays with Skrill and Neteller commission payments for December 2020.

We have received an official statement from Income Access acknowledging this delay, as per their communication below:

“We are writing regarding your pending commission payment.

We understand the importance of receiving your commissions in a timely manner and wish to apologize for the delay with your latest payment for Ivy Affiliates. There have been unexpected technical items that have caused this to be delayed. Income Access is working on this as a top priority and assure you that all commission owed will be paid as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your understanding.”

We thank you for your patience during this delay, we would like to assure you that it is our top priority to have the January payments completed as soon as possible.

If you have any queries regarding the payments in question, please reach out to us at xxx

Kind regards,

Ivy Affiliates Team.

Just an update, they've paid up now. I am reinstating them, but I would recommend you use bank transfer or Paypal with your account as increasingly aff programmes run into delays with Neteller when using it. Better late than never I suppose.
