Best casino: I have to save that opinion for the voting later, but I am also considering what everyone else think and not just my own opinion.

Worst casino: There are so many horrible places so I have to say all in the rogue list and a few more.

Best casino group: That has to be Guts, Rizk, Betspin

Worst group: There are many out there but one is the Rival group who already was awful but then bought Tropica Group and didn’t give a damn about their affiliates and who over and over have shown that they are not to be trusted. BestPayPartners – CyberRock Entertainment NV.

Worst platform or License holder: I put in my own here since Every Matrix isn’t a group of casinos. They do deserve an award for their horrible way of dealing with Self exclusions. They shouldn’t have a license!

Best Manager/Rep: So many good ones but a few are simply better.
Path,32Red – This guy have a special place in my heart. He have taught me and helped me a lot. Not so active in here though but still here.
Mark,32Red – Great guy, perfect rep, care and are involved everywhere his time allow him to be.
Dan, Videoslots – Active and a good rep, but more their perfect marketing guy.
Melvin, RoyalPanda – Really nice and a great rep. Would deserve an award for all he’s done.
Captain Rizk – Our charming Super Hero A really great person, fun, helpful, open, smart. He’s not afraid to post and give advices in other areas too which is appreciated. I could say more but simply he deserves this years award!

Worst Rep: I would never point someone out. Some are just doing their job a bit better.

Best/worst support: I avoid support as much as I can so I can’t really judge there. 32Red had good support earlier but since they started to avoid talking to us, I did the same back. I confess I use the reps here maybe too much sometimes where normal support could help. Sorry for that!

Member of the year: I’ve always suggested one and I’ll do that this year too even if there is no such award. HarryBKK
I’ve never seen someone so passionate with whatever he do or post about. A smart guy who either scream, laugh or are serious, but always there to help everyone, new and old members, with whatever he can.

I had to think long and hard about this and am sad not to be nominating 32Red this year since I feel they are slowly going downhill with regards to payout times and CS. They are good but not great anymore.

So I come to what I think are the best this year.

Videoslots: they are always quick to pay withdrawals and have great CS and an active Rep.

Best rep in my opinion is Captain Rizk he is responsive and always upbeat.


Worst casino in my opinion this year is Casino Cruise. I have found their non-payment of winnings and other issues and their inflexible attitude towards those issues to be arrogant and a big turn off.

Worst named casino goes to pornhub hands down.

Don't know if its new this year but I would nominate Chance Hill for that award. I haven't had any luck there yet but have had noting but positive experiences with the CS reps.

A few more suggestions for the CM awards.

Last year I believe vinyl got a kind of "Lifetime Achievement" award.

How about we make this a permanent annual award (it doesn't appear to have been given in 2013 or 2014)?
Kind of like our equivalent to BAFTA's Fellowship. But obviously without the golden trophy.
Perhaps we could call it the "CM Hall Of Fame" award?
Obviously, vinyl cannot be awarded it this year, as he is already "inducted".
And perhaps just as a little extra, they have CM Hall of Famer added to their profile (in the same way that CAG and MM tags are shown on a CM member's profile).

As well as the Lifetime Achievement" award we could maybe do a "CM Special Contributor for 2016" award.
That would be based not on a CM member's longevity, but purely based on what that person brought to the CM table this year alone.

Also, the Winner Videos thread has grown exponentially this past 12 months. We already have an award for best screenshot of the year, so how about a Best Winners Video of 2016 as well?

We could also have an award for Best Streamer (although that might re-open a can of worms from a somewhat "heated" thread earlier this year)

I hate to do it, but I'm going to nominate OLG for worse reputable online casino. Yeah I won a boatload of money. But zero contact from the casino. No loyalty points for play. Limited bonuses, mostly draws and not always, and support that is truly shackled by the powers that be and the 1899s system. Took me nearly an hour to get total deposits and total withdrawals for the year, and because I ask stuff like this when chat time has waiting, the rep is being scored down for taking too long on a chat! Tomorrow I need to send an email about that. The rep eventually was able to give me what I requested, but anywhere else it would have taken minutes, and it's really down to the casino not giving him the necessary tools.

Good customer support is pretty key for me. I'll play places where it's less than ideal if the comps or bonuses are good enough.

But first choice will always go to good customer support.

32 Red gets my nomination once again. They train their agents well, and give them some ability to fix things, and not just fob it off to finance or audit for several days. Hire good people, pay them well enough to stay, and give them enough authority they don't end every day with only unhappy customers and you will have good staff, staff happy in their jobs that stay.

I haven't had recent play at Betat due to some processor issues and my credit card, but I also found their crew excellent.
