Great session yesterday coming away with a healthy profit after landing a 1300x hit. Today cannot hit anything does not matter what i play. Would consider this a one off however this is the 7th time after a big hit the following day is completely dead. There must be some sort of cookie tracking, ip tracking, email address tracking or something that goes on because after every single big hit the following days/week are completely empty, becomes impossible to feature anything, this goes on for a while then it turns and wins start appearing, usually after i've put in around about what i've taken out. Call me a tin foiler or whatever but this has happened 7 times now and yes i'm stupid for believing i could have a great session after a big win - time outs on each accounts incoming.

Apparently - don't quote me on this - in the myriad of possibilities, permutations & spins in a neverending cycle of results, it's technically impossible to achieve successive good sessions.

I think it has something to do with random. At least that's what I've been told

If it’s technically impossible then surely it is not entirely random?

Yup, the cold shoulder treatment. Last big win I had every game I touched went dead after that for a while.

Think one day a lot of skullduggery will come to light, there must be a lot of things that happen in the background that we know nothing about and the massive amount of info held about a player may be well be misused . I developed land based machines for years and even with those there was a lot dodgy goings on,god knows what they can do nowdays.

Do you dare mention that there is some sort of weighted reels/compensation going on in the background on the casino account of the player ?

Its amazing when you have been depositing a lot and take a break for a few weeks how much you win on your first deposit and how so many games happen to all be "hot" for a while but this surely is random isn't it followed by the same pattern of misery that made you take that break in the first place.

Don't get me wrong I like playing and foolishly throwing away my money trying to get a bigger and bigger win but whenever I read the whole "every spin has the same possibility of winning and its 100% random" bull that is always claimed I just laugh these days because after at the very least $10 - $20 million worth of spins (turnover not deposits) and bets from as low as 5c to as high as $500 I have put a lot of time and money into seeing the same patterns over and over again but sure that's all just all in my head.

Will I continue to gamble and throw away money, yes but please enough of the whole 100% random bull because the "hot" and "cold" isn't just the games its the whole player account from some algorithm that runs in the background keeping the player in the same depositing cycle and giving just enough in cash outs to keep them depositing.

Happens to me every time too...so I echo what others have said.

Hit a massive win then, as you say, just like clockwork every slot on every casino is stone dead.

Casinos are able to collect a load of information about us (see the image below from Unibet Casino).

It's impossible to win on slots daily but, I reckon, It's possible to play against the system - stop gambling for a couple of weeks after hitting big wins, then come back and try your favourite games again.

* We all know that after those big wins our fav games go dead, so what the point to play a dead game!? Let it get recovered! :D

From my experience, it works. And the main thing is to play only 1 or 2 slots and study their behaviour in order to determine the best time to play (when is worth to play them and when not).

I don't think software providers can influence our gameplay but I'm for 99% sure - there is some kind of a smart algorithm (in many games) used plus most providers have their own specific tracking tactics/mechanics at hand.
I guess the 1st thing they store is a player's

the soon the player entered a game and pressed Start.

And, fak knows what else they store!

All my live sessions on "The Goonies" contains the same userid per source casino as well as, observed above, the client platform/browser - courtesy of Google analytics. I would guess that the former is used to store spin-audits by the casino and the latter, for the provider to optimise their code for the more popular platforms ?

Saying that, I agree that the initial session with a casino, or following a timeout is normally good. It's almost as though Mikey and the boyz have missed me. Pleased someone else mentioned it too. Thanks Loopster.

If any of you believe, for even a second, that any of this stuff actually happens, why on earth do you still continue to play at online casinos?

I mean, the OP's assertion here is that online casinos and/or game developers are actively cheating players by compensating their games, in clear breach of their licensing terms and in direct contradiction of the stated rules of the games that they are entirely random.

It's a bit of a strange position to adopt, 'I think this casino is lying to me about how their games work, and is actively trying to cheat me out of my money, I shall now deposit £100 to play this evening'.

This is just another 'rigged' thread but coming in at a slightly different angle, isn't it? The mind skims straight over the initial big win (can't be any riggedness there as it's a positive outcome) and then suddenly when normality sets back in everything becomes rigged again

I did say I foolishly throw my money away so what you said there I was already waiting to hear :)

As for the compliance and testing and risking license/fines argument. When "testers" test games do they actually play like a typical degenerate gambler or do they place the game on auto spin for x amount of spins to determine that it is behaving the way the math says it does over a large sample of spins. Do they test what a real world gambler does such as playing around with coins/denomination and see if machine behavior changes ?

Volkswagen also passed "testing" but then was exposed for its dieselgate scandal down the track when they eventually got caught.

I am talking here for the way games are intentionally designed to addict a gambler even further. Examples include but are not limited to while you have been slamming a machine at max bet you decide to lower the amount of lines you play and what do you know within the next 10 spins the absolute best combination appears on a line that you aren't playing, coincidence ? I think not, working as designed.

Wherever there is large amounts of money that flows there is almost always corruption, especially casino's (both land based and online).

Money always manages to find the way in all the right pockets to make sure something "passes" and has a few blind eyes turns to let it do so.

If you’re that bothered about it all then just simply play reel king megaways and then you know you don’t have to worry about random or compensated nonsense.

The game will just fuck you over from start to finish and they’ll be no question about it.

Least you know what you’re gonna get. You can’t moan about it going dead after a big win because you simply don’t get any.
