ive had an account at allslots for longer than any other casino..im well down there overall but always seemed to get good value playtime whenever i pplayed there ...

plus they give you 10% back on all deposits..

i deposited quite a bit there (well a bit for me ) recently ..i lost and was waiting for my 10% cashback to arrive..

it didnt so i contacted support..it seems you only get 10% back if u loose ...now i lost everything i deposited..but at 1 point requested a cashout although i later reversed it :( and lost it ...

but it seems by requesting a cashout i void any chance of 10% cashback..thats there T&C and i should have read that properly

when i told support i had in fact lost everything they sent a curt email quoting T&C..which is there right..but it cost nothing to simply be nice about it ...find this rather sad..im a loosing customer :(just what they want...but sadly they have now lost my custom...another failed customer service experience...perhaps it time 32red opened a customer service training centre for all casinos :thumbsup:

I recenctly closed all my accounts with Allslots/VIP lounge. This group has changed so much over the year I do not think they should be accredit.
Cutomer service is very poor and its true If you win you get nothing in bonuses for months. Being a VIP means nothing anymore. I checked all my accounts I pumped in over $ 60.000 over the last 2. Yet when I contacted them they seem
they didnt care that I was closing my accounts.......didnt even get a reply. One thing positive, I have to admit my best wins and playtime was with Allsots.

im certainly no VIP..so if your treated like that..what hopee for the little fella lol.....

one of the big probs there is no live chat..you have to do everything by email..its sad reallly cos it always been one of my fav casinos

sad but true

i agree, this group has gone down and down.
loyal vip's have no value to them and most recently they have stopped flushing withdrawal requests. Apparently they are following most other casinos out there in this respect.

most other casinos are not accredited, so maybe it is time this group are no longer accredited.


why should they keep prestige of being accredited when they will not offer the service.
