issues with Everest

I know this thread is ancient but im having issues too. Everest has taken 8 weeks and counting to send me a cheque and wont respond to my emails or tell me whats going on. the last time i spoke to them was on the 4th of oct 2011 in which they said they would look into it and get back to me. they have not got back in touch and there live chat is down as it has been all week im getting sick now as id just like to know why a cash out of 120 quid is unmanagable. even if nothing comes of this felt good to get off my chest.
